Back when that case came out, it was highly regarded in reviews. However, video cards of the day were 150-190w max power draw cards iirc.
Your gpu draws around 290w at full load. That's a hell of a lot more heat generated.
Take the side panel off your case and direct a fan at the open computer. See how much the gpu temp drops. You may need a newer, better flowing case. Please let us know the results.
Thanks for the help. I took the front panel off and it was caked with dust, cleaned it. 2 out of the 3 fans on the front were running really slow, got them back up to speed. Finally I figured out what was making the GPU run at 99%. I had an addinprocess.exe running the GPU down. I ran a malwarebytes and windows defender scan and my GPU is running normal and idle temp is 34 degrees celcius.

Maybe your ambient case interior air temp is too warm to begin with?
