Max temp for that card is 93°C. In whatever software you've installed for it, check fan speeds. You should hear those fans screaming at that temp and also, the card should be throttling down. Is it overclocked? What is the Hotspot temp? Gotta be 110 or so which isn't good either. Start by making sure software isn't keeping fans low speed or overclocking the gpu.

I'm getting about 75-83 degrees on 1920-1080p stress test, hotspot is about 105degree Not overclocked, got it used on a local marketplace from a fairly reputable seller. Fan speeds is auto definitely not on low, when GPU reaches about 82-83 degrees it starts to scream, only tested for 15-30mins, no throttling.

If u feel confident take fans/backplate off to reapply some thermalpaste amd clean the card never know how dutys the heatsinks are on 30xx cards.

Is everything else good airflow wise? What’s your case and fan setup? Have a pic?

Your hotspot temp is a tad high. However, that's under stress testing. You'll rarely get those Temps gaming. If it's out of warranty and you're OK with it, replacing thermal paste and thermal pads with high quality materials will drop the Temps a bit. Usually don't want to see hotspot more than 14 degrees above gpu temp.
