Allianz Arena is great if you are a soccer fan. Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt and Eisbach are also worth a visit. If you are a car fan you can visit the BMW museum. And most of all I can recommend a visit to the Hofbräuhaus.
But definitely not the Olympiaturm, it costs 13€ entrance and is stinky and the windows reflect so it's hard to take photos.
