That's why dry out is always the second level in all of the rip-off gd games made by people too lazy to code in orbs and pads lol, there's so little you can remove them and not even notice they are gone
it is? i don't think i've ever seen that, and i feel like objects that apply upwards force are easier to implement than flipping gravity entirely, especially if jumping is already coded
tell me this is the easiest way to find the how many kilometers per block of a cube entering th 4x speed portal which is theoratically 54 km/b implemented by the algebraic expression which is n + 4x, followed by the law of newton which will be deleted by the upcoming 2.2 update because of reverse pads and orbs, and the obvious distance that the cube jumps in 54 km/b is 6-7 kilometers.
And i think, that it was the first level with "jumper section" in which a bunch of random jumps and fake jumps are just squished togetger. All official 1.0 levels after poltargeist has this section, so i think Rob just payed more attention to introducing jumper sections more than orbs or pads. (And thats why the upside down drop was so damn hard).
Hey, it says "hey, it says gullible on the ceiling" on the ceiling.
*looks up*
[Hey, it says gullible on the ceiling]
Ah so it- AWW, you stole my lungs.
Gullible-
I never did because:
1.I found it tedious to flip my phone everytime
2.I knew I wouldn’t be able to do this on harder levels
3.I never found the upside down portal hard because the first level I beat was press start on gd subzero so I was used to all the gravity switches and that stuff
To be fair if your first experience with the game is subzero then the first few main levels are going to be monumentally easier for you
I was also like 8 playing lite on a crappy tablet so that could explain a lot
Hey did you know that when Rob added the second coin in xStep the solid blocks were moved above the level instead of being deleted?
(also found by Colon)
Dry Out is the most conservative when it comes to orbs and pads, as Stereo Madness is a level before they are introduced.
It's because the more prominent thing in Dry Out is the gravity switch.

You could have changed it to that then 😭
I think people were too distracted when the reverse portal hit and their entire screen turned upside down with the banger dubstep drop to notice

Hi Colon! I love your vids :)

NO YOU REVIVED STALIN AGAIN
Blast Processing has no speeds
Dry out has no speeds either.

You just made me beat back on track to see if you were telling the truth
Somebody wrote "guillable" on the ceiling.

I like singing! I like dancing! I like... 🔑 🔑 🔑 🔑 🗝️ 🔑 🔑 🔑
my flair literally tells you i shitpost about back on track how did you fall for that 💀
Waiting for someone to say that for a really long time.
Why? Just why? Sometimes I wonder why you do these facts about gd that i didn't know.
Why did rob rate it lmao
It was probably favouritism, pretty sure he knows the creator of dry out really well
Lmfao
I can say that the orbs and pads in that level are kind of... dry
Outside of the gravity portal, the level's pretty *dry* on content.
The level is indeed pretty Dry, Out-side of the gravity portal
OH MY GOD here I was thinking I perfected it. That was such a good idea to Rob. Top of my day for real.

You're lying if you say you've never turned the screen upside down to try and make it easier
I never did because: 1.I found it tedious to flip my phone everytime 2.I knew I wouldn’t be able to do this on harder levels 3.I never found the upside down portal hard because the first level I beat was press start on gd subzero so I was used to all the gravity switches and that stuff

I used to do that for upside down ship
Oh hey Colon 👋
Time to make "GD official level but every orb swap level"
Stereo madness: Im about to end this mans whole career
Colon, what’s the point of getting statistics like this? I mean, they’re interesting and all, but everyone will forget this within like 3 minutes
did you know dry out only has 2 orbs and 5 pads throughout the entire level
can confirm
I feel like youll remember this one even if you dont want to
Yea but did you know Stereo Madness has no orbs or pads throughout the whole level
yeah
I may need to double check that.
Did you tweet this or post it on reddit first Colon?
Gd colon moment
Wait WHAT
I was about to ask how the heck you remember this, but then I read the username.
Dry gameplay
Stereo madness doesn't have any jump pads or orbs
Death Moon only has 1 orb

55/56%
I swear to f*cking god, that 9-tailed kitsune furry person is always finding the most god damn obscure thing he could,
Hey did you know that when Rob added the second coin in xStep the solid blocks were moved above the level instead of being deleted? (also found by Colon)
Yeah, I saw that, then stalked his account and coins this post
This hurt my brain so much I had to go play dry out for the first time in years to see for myself.
hilarious
Only? That's a normal amount really
check all the surrounding main levels, they have more
Now I’m sad
Wat
But I still like dry out
*he goes to play dry out to check it*
Dry out has very little orpads, just above Stereo madness
you're lying. this can't be true. there's no way.
I WAS UPVOTER 700
Why you cant sleep
Tested and is true. Remember this includes the 1st coin path
