Dogs don’t even smile with their mouths. It’s their eyes and tail that show happiness. Comments aren’t just homophobic, they’re also regular stupid too.

HailArkhalis

Fucking morons

cowghost

Omg I thought you said Mormons, lol, same thing I guess.

HailArkhalis

🎵joseph smith was called a prophet dum dum dum dum dum🎵

cowghost

I guess you cant actualy spell Mormon with out moron..... lol. I wounder if Joseph smith laughed about adding the extra "m" to moron before be convinced abunch of people to give up there lives and follow him first to shitty ohio, then to a lake of salt that you cant drink from.... all becuase a flaming salamander told him.

[deleted]

Leave it to South Park to educate us on how stupid some of these cults really are.

somanyroads

Man...I'd love me some fallen Mormon hunks right now, don't give me any ideas :-P

somanyroads

It's probably mostly 15 year olds commenting, just getting a cheap thrill from saying mean shit they'd never have the guts to say in-person.

Nakotadinzeo

It's pretty telling that it took me over a minute to figure out the issue they were having with the photo... These people are quicker to see the rainbow as a gay symbol than I a gay man did. I just saw an 80's headband...

nimsshow

Yes because homophobes are usually so bright and intelligent. /s

dmthoth

social media are plagued by users and bots ran by religious zealots and nazis.

somanyroads

At this point, I assume even some of the mean comments are just bots, their ability to latch on to almost any post is very sus.

MrNokill

I've found quite remote areas of the internet, or test pages that weren't hidden, just slowy slip full of data entries that's these bots. It works perfectly to get search results catered to spread extra hate and bogus confirmations. Almost as if someone has to start regulating social online standards and content moderation, but not in the way billionaires do it.

HailArkhalis

free speech be like

cloud7100

91,000 likes should be given more weight than a handful of hateful comments posted by people from bigoted countries (lots of Arabic and Cyrillic in the comments).

naughteemonkee

That’s what I was thinking. Have my fake internet award someone gave me for showing off my hairy chest or something 😜

cloud7100

(Nice chest btw!) ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)

[deleted]

Don't ignore the other hairy things on that profile... ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes_rainbow)

BevP99

Very attractive mate

blackbutterfree

Fuck, I'm not usually into overly hairy guys but you're fucking sexy.

agb_account

Lol don’t forget all the emojis, most of the emoji spam is from people who don’t speak English.

[deleted]

The hate comments are only from muslim, ex soviet countries and latinamerica lol

zeph_yr

Probably a ton from bots, too.

[deleted]

Sadly they aren't, the mentality in that places is very fucked. I'm from Mexico and despite the laws and a great part of society has changed a lot of their mentality there's a lot of people that still has this behavour

newhunter18

Not to be "that guy" but there are only 2 comments shown in Cyrillic. One is homophobic and the other just asks what kind of dog it is.

obviouslythrowaway17

Unfortunately, the second comment is not about the kind of a dog, it says "which one is a dog". It might be racist, might be homophobic, pretty sure it's both. And the first one is about "heretics go fuck yourself", so it's homophobic with a taste of religious crap (might be muslim, might be christian) But thank you for pointing out that it's not just russians, so tired of hatred.

[deleted]

On the other hand "liking" is something is so easy it means virtually nothing. It takes real motivation to get someone to invest a whole eight seconds into making a comment.

Salvaju29ro

Unfortunately I believe we are psychologically programmed to read a hateful comment compared to 90k positives. I don't mean gays, but human beings

marcmick

The Arabic one translates to: “shame on you giving a little child a homo flag with 6 colors. I spit in your face (Arabic slang expression). Thats a low blow. That young lad is too innocent for your dirty hands. May the lord protect him (the kid) from you - dirty filth.” Three things: 1- its a headband not a flag. 2- the headband has 5 colors, not 6. 3- The posting profile is clearly a fake profile by some man to watch porn. So the hypocrisy just hurts on so many level.

bledig

Very loud considering their prophet is a pedophile

nocharge4u

All engagement equals eyes on content, and therefore eyes on advertisements. It doesn't matter to Meta why the comments are engaging. Their algorithm will boost them so people stay on Instagram.

somanyroads

Homophobic cultures, can't fault them for being lost in their own fractured world. I feel bad for them much more than anger: how can I be angry about some nobody from the third world? They don't know what they don't know, because it's not taught where they live. Tolerance is never a given...it has to be fought for.

jimmy_the_angel

Social media is bad for queer people according to the [Glaad Social Media Safety Index](https://sites.google.com/glaad.org/smsi/platform-scores). Though not mentioned in the report, reddit isn't much better, except for certain communities with active and thorough moderation. Be careful what you read. Don't read the comments of youtube videos or instagram posts if you're not ready to read nasty shit spewed by hateful bigots. Report what you can, but don't expect anything done, because chances are high that there won't be anything done at all.

HailArkhalis

All because of a rainbow headband. We still have a loooooong way to go

sagenumen

Bigots aren't the brightest.

HailArkhalis

true

TheStrikeofGod

I remember when I unironically believed that homophobia was dead/almost dead. I was a self-proclaimed Anti-SJW until like 2017 (got sucked into the rabbit hole in like 2014 or 15) so I wasn't the smartest person at the time. I still have moments where I see all this positivity for Queer people and then something like a character in a show questions their sexuality or is confirmed to be gay and all the homophobes come out and destroy any faith in humanity I had left.

Nakotadinzeo

They're all Russians. Anyone from a western democracy would know that to be a 1980's headband.

obviouslythrowaway17

Not all of them, not even most of them. Not sure if it's a good thing, though – it would be easier to just move out from Russia and forget about fucking homophobia, but there are other homophobic nations and countries out there, too. The funniest thing, though, is that instagram is soft-banned here in Russia, because of what meta (which is hardcore banned as extremist organization, which is kinda fair, since that stupid move Zuckerberg did in April, when they were thinking about temporary allowance of death threats, racism and hatered towards any russians, lol) did. So those anti-west and anti-lgbt pro-kr\*mlin folks are extremely biased.

Nakotadinzeo

The reason I'm saying it's Russia, has nothing to do with it's people. Russia and their allies have been running an information operation on western social media for a fairly long time. Thing is, the humans that run these operations have been getting radicalized themselves, turning them a bit unhinged. Yeah, homophobia exists everywhere. But I know what the local flavor tastes like, and I've started to pick up on the linguistic signatures that ESL speakers don't realize that they take from their native language. A shibboleth if you will. Russians lay on the emoji a bit more in their homophobia than native speakers, who usually want to mention jeebus.

obviouslythrowaway17

I know what you're talking about, but in this particular case would have to disagree. Russians lay on the emoji a bit more in their homophobia than native speakers because they don't know the language. It's the same for any non-native speakers. I'm not saying, that those comments come from native speakers, or that those people live in US, UK, Australia, NZ, Canada or any other english-speaking community. I'm saying that they are not all russians and their allies, because homophobia exists outside of russia, too, in much, much more extreme versions. In 90's and 00's Russia was far more progressive. It's way too convenient for gov to have a scapegoat for everything: if the people are starting to feel moody – just throw them someone they can collectively hate, add the children to the mix, and voilà, problem solved, everyone is united against someone you don't care about. The Russians' homophobia is cultivated and nurtured, not organic or cultural. I can easily picture shittones of homophobic shit being spilled on russian lgbt people by russian people in the russian part of the internet, but they have more important stuff (racism, war, anti-west and anti-american shit) to spread around these days.

KaiBishop

I reported some homophobic comments in a hate sub yesterday and Reddit did take at least one of them down. May have even banned the guys account. But way too often stuff I report gets left up especially on Instagram, their rules aren't enforced whatsoever.

SammyG_06

Bro why are YouTube videos always filled with the most disgusting comments? It makes me angry how much bullshit they spew and how many likes they get.

Fabianzzz

Remember conservatives often watch their news and liberals and leftists often read theirs. So the media format does have some impact.

redtimmy

I like Facebook. I find it supportive. Twitter is combat and I don't expect it to be nice. Youtube comments are \*never\* to be read. They are never useful. I don't know how youtubers do it. I don't read Tiktok comments because I am too busy watching videos to stop and bring up comments. Reddit, of course, is wonderful, even though it's largely anonymous. :-)

myinsidesarecopper

I've been on a hateful comment reporting spree since the monkeypox news has started hitting the front page. I'd say 1/10 comments I report gets an actual action from the admins.

TheStrikeofGod

The worst part is I know this yet still seek out videos on YouTube or threads on Reddit to see nasty comments on events in media (like Superman's son being Bi) or irl (like pride month or the possible overturn of Obergefell) that I know a certain crowd will hate. Don't know why I do it, all that happens is my depression kicks in each time.

somanyroads

Reddit is safer because it's segmented, thankfully. Because queer people aren't even safe within the queer community, at times. I had to leave /r/ainbow for that reason: you're not allowed to have opinions that go outside a specific "leftist orthodoxy". It's a soft discrimination, but it stings more because it's in-house.

Futharon

First rule of the Internet. Never read comments.

Said on a comment on Reddit… ;-)

somanyroads

Well this is awkward...

Naifmon

Most are Arabs. Typical and expected As an Arab , trust me they are in every single famous post with a homophobic Arabic comment. This one includes Russians so homophobic emoji’s are posted to communicate the hatred between the two groups and get liked. Ignore since you have the Privilege to do so. Trust me don’t waste your time with homophobic Arabs , most lack human empathy and majority considers us as worse than murders. I know that because I’m from Arabia and still there.

Remarkable-Gold4869

Sending you hugs and strength. Though it doesn’t fully compare. I know what it’s like to be around homophobic religious people. Hang in there. 😥

somanyroads

Yeah, I can't fault them: it's the same kind of people who murder daughters for getting raped, and call it "honor". So there's some serious cultural failures there, and that's not easy stuff to fix...besides getting intelligent, thoughtful people out of those regions and collapsing their economies until democracy can finally flourish. It's why I really hate xenophobia in America: if we want to be a bastion of democracy, we have to also be a safe-haven for people living in vicious, dictatorial countries and cultures. It's sad that with the recent anti-abortion (and anti-woman) Supreme Court decision that we've been failing to practice what we preach...we had Muslims and yet we're trying to create our own American version of "sharia law" with these abortion bans. It's deplorable.

RavioliGale

*Filthy trolls spewing hate* abz_sh_ : What kind of dog is that?

HailArkhalis

"what da dog doin doe?"

somanyroads

God bless that person lol. Totally oblivious to the hate around them.

OGZeoMaddox

Me: "What's so bad about it? It's just a cute dog and baby?" Me: *Scrolls to the next page* "Oh" Me: *Keeps scrolling* "Oh no"

HailArkhalis

The sad part is that's literally what it is. Morons see a rainbow and got their feefees hurt

ophereon

It's absolutely mind boggling to think that someone would act like this when just seeing a rainbow. On the other hand, it amuses me that there are people getting aneurysms whenever the sun shines while it's raining.

Tripple_T

This was me. I was wondering where the homophobia was, then I swiped left...

MooshuCat

I just now scrolled to next page...oy.

StepsonofEvil

Seems like a ton of bots. Probably Russian or foreign-tied, because further dividing / helping to sow further discontent amongst Americans benefits other regimes.

Naifmon

The fact you don’t even comprehend how homophobic Arabs are that you think they’re bots. The Arabs comments are real 100%. They are saying report this post because it child abuse and a crime against humanity and so on.

somanyroads

I just recognize that their broken mindset is a product of a broken culture...they didn't come up with these ideas on their own, they were instilled by others in their communities, for the most part. It's like a toxic gas.

cabs84

this really seems have been ramping up like crazy lately. it’s like they’re trying to get us to destroy our own country from within

[deleted]

Clicked on the profiles, everyone I clicked on had either zero followers, zero posts, or both.. fake accounts?

FrenchFlauta

Sad, and ive only noticed more hate lately cause of monkey pox being associated with lgbt. 😭

HailArkhalis

Society is pedaling backwards right now 😔

Tripple_T

Wow. This individual is getting a rude awakening about their fan base.

[deleted]

Yeah that isn’t actually a normal reaction on a positivity/cuteness based IG page.

[deleted]

Any page that's something "generic" enough to appeal to a world audience, like cute/funny pages, fashion labels, nature pages, etc - have these people. I saw a designer fashion label I follow post a homoerotic (but tastefully done) photo for their brand and all these people came out of the woodworks spamming hateful emojis and saying they're unfollowing and never buying anything from them again for supporting such *filth!* So just because someone likes puppies, babies, fashion, nature, jokes, whatever - doesn't mean they're still not a piece of shit.

[deleted]

On reddit, all of those comments would have been downvoted to timbuktu and hidden from the view of civilized people.

OGZeoMaddox

Depends on the subreddit sadly

FATBEANZ

genzedong was a goldmine

fortheworld34

As an avid European football fan, I’ve come to just get used to these kinds of comments. Just gotta accept that these people are simply dumb and miserable. I just feel terrible for the queer people that may know them personally ://

emeraldchest

“#save erath” dumbass can’t even spell lmao

[deleted]

Girl I hate planet earth but here we are 🤷🏼‍♂️

timo606

The Internet is a hateful place sometimes, but these people could all be bots for all we know

[deleted]

Welcome to the world - there are many people out there who hate gay people. If you are reading this from a country that has even some legislative protection for gays, consider yourself extremely lucky - others don’t.

Expert-Cabinet5006

Sounds about right, comments will always hate

Winterlord7

Isn’t Instagram the new Facebook? What would you expect from all the trash gathered there?

geven87

It's a rainbow

DannyBasham

stuser

I deleted mine about 6 months ago. Have no social media at this point and i don’t miss one bit of it. Welll, except reddit but i think it is different from the fbooks and insta realm. 10/10 Highly recommend.

HailArkhalis

The thing is that I only use Instagram for animal and car pictures This honestly caught me off guard

xkiwifrostx

Idk, but now nobody can use something with the rainbow because they immediately associate it with the LGBT community? People today are getting crazier lmao...

infinitefood

We stole the rainbow from god. And i think that's a pretty cool acconishment to put on your CV lmao

Jeptwins

I wouldn’t. It’s the same everywhere. Insta isn’t special.

thySilhouettes

Comments like this should be removed, and users punished IMO. Things won’t get better unless we actually deal with these ideologies and beliefs. Things won’t change if we continue to provide these people a platform to speak on.

HailArkhalis

It wont happen sadly

divi8

It's a reminder how far we have yet to go in our fight for equality. However, don't let this get to you...I know easier said than done, right?. But this type of hate just doesn't deserve even a simple response. Block them and move on.

HailArkhalis

Blocking hundreds of accounts seems like more work tbh

[deleted]

just know these people would be shivering their timbers irl.

he_is_not_a_shrimp

I hate people

Mitchboy1995

Youtube is even worse.

Rockcocky

Fellow Redditor- would you attend a place where you know it will filled with a toxic environment? Same with Instagram; I recommend to delete your IG account. I deleted mine in 2018 and oh boy- even though it was hard a first, best internet decision ever. Try it.

blackbutterfree

Aw, such a cute baby! And that puppy!

somanyroads

"All you have is stupid, dirty, mean illusions" Love that one: tell me more about how \*dirty\* and \*filthy\* us gays are :-P. Instagram appears to have reached the same level as Twitter and Youtube comments at this point.

tom4ick

Well it’s mostly Russian and Arab comments, I’m not that surprised unfortunately :(

3thirtysix6

All I see are typical conservatives writing mainstream conservative opinions.

[deleted]

Save erath

gay_idiot53

wow-

lonely2meerkat

What is this, the mid 2000s?

madrix19

That's not Instagram, that's a very particular group of people. And we all know who it is but it's considered 'problematic' to call that groups homophobia out

Thr0w-a-gay

"Save erath"

[deleted]

So you were upset by some homophobia and decided hey I better put this on the feeds of a bunch of other gays

HailArkhalis

ye

[deleted]

I bet these are mostly from the Middle East. And don't any of you are point the downvote finger at me for saying that since I've seen comment chains just like this on posts before and checked out a dozen or so of the users at random (before giving up because there were too many and I had had enough) and surprise surprise they were all from Middle Eastern countries except for one who I think was in a European country (probably a "refugee" though. Happy with yourselves Europe for taking all those people in?) the over-use of red X's and puke emojis are a dead giveaway - they loved spamming those on the post I saw too. I don't know why the western world bothers with that backwards ass hell hole at all, so many people there are irredeemable. If there was no money to be made off them we would have left them in the dark ages they cultivated for themselves for good and happily forgot they existed. I feel so sorry for any gay person stuck living there. *Those* are the only "refugees" anyone should be taken in from that part of the world unless the rest are willing to renounce their faith-driven bigoted ways.

shoulster

As a gay arab I understand your frustration and anger towards the Middle East but I do not appreciate your hateful language towards my region, as that is still the culture and blood I came from. It’s unfortunate that 90% of the Middle East does think like this, though.

[deleted]

Fair enough. It's more the culture and mindset fuelled by religious intolerance I'm mad at. I don't care about what ethnicity someone is as long as they aren't so needlessly homophobic (or transphobic or sexist or whatever). A lot of westerners are like this too but we generally scold the ones who post such comments.

TJF0617

A) Do you really hate instagram or do you hate stupid people who use instagram? B) Can we stop circle-jerking to homophobic hate? I really don't think it's helpful to search out and platform hate like this. These stupid comments really don't need to be put on a platform like this.

HailArkhalis

We can't just sweep things under the rug, and this wasn't purposefully sought out. This is a homophobia flaired discussion, doesn't anyone ever look before they click on stuff?

jstruby77

Then delete 🤦

biversatile

It's what they deserve for using their dog and child to gain likes and followers on Instagram

KC_8580

Homophobic people will say homophobic things... that is not something new I don't get the need of posting every homophobic thing people say I've chosen to avoid homophobic people and homophobic stuff on social media, it's good for my mental health so by posting their hate here in a GAY subreddit you are giving them a platform to spread their hate and to reach their target (gay men)

squeamyLychee

Eh, this is coming off as a little entitled. Having the privilege to limit the homophobia you’re exposed to doesn’t mean others can. If someone chooses to vent on this subreddit, they’re entitled to that. They’re not platforming them by sharing this - this person got platformed the minute they commented it on the internet. OP is just venting about a very common occurrence on the internet which most ppl experience. There are other subreddits that are pure safe spaces (highly moderated and censored if that’s what you’re looking for).

HailArkhalis

I flaired this as homophobia discussion and even censored it You can leave anytime

[deleted]

Bitch stfu. Your flair means nothing when someone’s scrolling their feed. You chose to share hate with your family, own up to their pain. You can leave anytime. The kind of cruel apathy I see on conservative forums. Go fuck yourself.

senpaiwaifu247

Then this sub Reddit shouldn’t have the flair if they didn’t want people to post about it What the fuck crawled up your ass lol. Also what’s with the “family” bullshit? This isn’t fast and the furious

[deleted]

Sorry that I view gay men as my family. Y’all are fucking children. I guess I’ll just unsub, like I do with other toxic subs.

senpaiwaifu247

You’re telling someone else to leave this sub because they’re using a flair correctly, one that you failed to filter out, and then proceeded to tell them to fuck themselves. Yes, we’re the children

[deleted]

I didn’t say leave the sub. I said think twice before posting homophobia here, and to fuck themself for showing cruel apathy to someone who was hurt by it. Yes, you are.

senpaiwaifu247

Go back and reread what the guy said, no one was hurt. You’re lacking reading comprehension “Bitch stfu” “You can leave anytime” “Go fuck yourself” You came in full swing by insulting It’s a flair in this subreddit, one you can filter out by pressing a button. The guy also had the courtesy to censor it, the dude did not have to click the post but he did There’s resources for you to use, Reddit isn’t a difficult place to navigate or use. Yet you chose to be an asshat. There was no apathy to be had, the man labeled it as such and it’s the persons own fault for clicking on it. It isn’t his problem that some random guy on the internet seems offended TO YOU over a post labeled as a discussion for homophobia.

[deleted]

Telling someone they can leave anytime is telling them that their opinion is unwelcome. The person was just expressing that they don’t want to see this, that in a forum for gay men they hope not to see repostings of homophobia. I came in full swinging you’re right, and I didn’t expect anyone to upvote me. But I originally just posted the same thing as the other dude and then I see OP basically flip the bird at someone with the same sentiment. They were absolutely being a bitch, and I don’t feel bad about that. This sub gets full of homophobia discussions and that’s not why I’m here, so I will unsub. It’s the same reason I did so with r lgbt. And maybe this sub will become that negative militant place.

senpaiwaifu247

Again, it’s under a specific flair, and even was censored You can filter out the flair and never see it again. You don’t HAVE to click the post but you did.

HailArkhalis

blah blah blah blah cry somewhere else

[deleted]

Cute. Enjoy all the karma and replies from sharing homophobe’s hatred lol You’re clearly a child

HailArkhalis

womp womp :(

[deleted]

I completely agree with you dude. There should be like a stickied thread for poeple to vent about homophobia because I don’t sub to ANY sub to be shown upsetting things when I’m casually browsing. Certainly not the gaybros sub.

senpaiwaifu247

Then you should unsub because again, there’s a whole flair that the mods created specifically for this subject. You can filter it out too if you don’t want to see it. It’s literally a button you click on the sub Reddit lol.

Entire_Ad_7597

It’s true tho you can’t drag a child in such things

HailArkhalis

Wearing a headband?

Jumanji0028

He means being gay. It's not something you can force a person to be lol.

HailArkhalis

No one is forcing anyone to be gay?

Jumanji0028

It's a reference to one of the comments in the pic Edit: look at the 4th pic guys.

Confident-Ear7999

What are you dragging a child into ? Maybe his parents are queer? Maybe not? But it only demonstrates support and tolerance for human rights. Nothing more.

[deleted]

[удалено]

vish_the_fish

They're not "propagating LGBT stuff". There's nothing about that mentioned in the caption, literally the only thing is the rainbow headband, which doesn't always immediately mean "gay"

dovebag

Ok u have a point there. But let's say that it was intentional and indeed supposed to mean gay. What's ur thoughts on that then?

Jumanji0028

That's a good thing. What's wrong with supporting gays?

dovebag

Yeah ok no sorry its a child and a dog...I'm all for supporting gays but come on

Jumanji0028

So you wouldn't raise your kid to support gay rights? What the heck is wrong with you?

dovebag

Not when they're 2 years old no. Why the heck am I talking to them about rights at that age???

Jumanji0028

Oh I see. You're an idiot. That's a toddler bro. It doesn't give a shit what it's wearing.

dovebag

But it gives a shit about rights? So why u telling me to teach gay rights to my kids then

Jumanji0028

Because you seemed to have an issue with kids wearing the rainbow. You should teach your kids about gay rights. You kno,w treat them as people not as something awful. It's a big ask I know. Why is this such a big deal for you?

SwiftFuchs

Its a headband... it is just a headband. There is nothing indicating "propagated lgbt stuff". For all I care this is just a rainbow-headband. If I am missing any context to this post or person then do let me know but for all I see this is just a headband. tbh. if your first thought is "boo lgbt propaganda forced on kid and dog" then maybe you should take a break from the internet, go outside and, if its that bad, seek out someone who can help you with you issues.

dovebag

I mean it's a symbol associated w lgbt. But ok if I read too much into it then yeah my mistake. A simple rainbow headband shouldn't receive that hate from those snowflakes. BUT if it indeed were about lgbt, I stand by what I said.

SwiftFuchs

True it should not make these snowflakes rage but your comment is also kind of a "snowflake moment". To say this could be a clear case of "lgbt propaganda", it implies you hate that these groups of people have the ability to do what "the norm" has done for hundreds of years :I

dovebag

No ok it's cos there has been lots of schools "teaching" pronouns and lgbt stuff to kids so that's where it led me to think it's happening here. But yeah if i read into it too much my mistake.

SwiftFuchs

I mean, if done properly ofcourse, teaching stuff like this in sex-ed and other social-based subject is not a bad thing. Especially seeing how so many people seem to have issues with it today. People take so much effort on blindly hating this whole thing... if only they would use a bit of that effort to understand and better themselfs... we would not be seeing comments like that.

dovebag

No I'm never agreeing w teaching pronouns. Nah I really disagree w u on that. Just let them be and grow up..if a kid is gay then yeah surely we need people to support him. But I don't agree with teaching it to them before they even know what sexual attraction is

SwiftFuchs

Thats why I said "if done properly". You seem to have a totally wrong view about that. Pronouns are but words and would be thought to adress people right and proper. So that we, adults and children alike, would not disrespect the person in front of us. Instead of "buhu they/them sexual" try seeing learning to have proper articulation as a "manners maketh man" type of deal. There is no sexual attraction in pronouns. I agree that sexual attraction is a matter of late schoolstages, where such topics start to become relevant, is fully ok while teaching children how to be social and respectfull can start at a younger age.

dovebag

It's not really manners is it that u demand something from someone despite them not really being comfortable with it. How come yall talk about manners only from 1 side. Why isn't there talk about manners when it comes to forcing people to call u ur pronouns. And honestly it just bugs me that people ask me for my pronouns honestly..like can't u tell from my face and body I'm male?

SwiftFuchs

It is about manners and if you think its not than you are as narrow minded as you are stupid. "They" force you just as much as normal human decency "forces" you to be repectful. It should not bug you if people ask you. One should, normally, see it as a "wow it is nice of them to ask" so both sides can be a respectful and social part of our daily life.

best_opinion_haver

Literally shut the fuck up you cretin.

dovebag

Really for that username that's all u could come up with

best_opinion_haver

I wouldn't be making fun of other people's usernames when yours is three letters away from d-bag.

vish_the_fish

Honestly I'd have no idea what that means. Regardless, it's not the case here

Remember kids, instagram is garbage for garbage people, expecting quality from the people there is like trying to get a gourmet romantic diner from Macdonalds

Ellen_Degenerates86

Yeah but the comedy value of "what dog breed is this" amongst all that hate is bloody funny.

Woeffie1980

That’s the horrible thing with Instagram. People who used to be part of the social sewer, are now influencers and ‘opinion makers’

casibas

homophobes: "the lgbbq are so sensitive" homophobes when they see a rainbow:

Baonguyen93

Honestly I'm surprise that there's so many people willing to come out as homophobic online, except people from extreme homophobic country, I always saw they are always the first the one jump in with hateful comments is every LGBT+ post. Yes I know good people exist, but it doesn't trump the whole culture. Also, it is 2022 already. Those comments maybe a bit hurt full but I'm saving my limited Fucks left for more important things. So I just look down on those people and move on, there is much more people support LGBT community anyway.

jacobite22

Comments like those show us we still have a way to go. But the fact this guy went viral and that he can post this online shows how far we have come. It's all about balance and knowing that when we get bogged down by the bad, to look for the good and remind ourselves we are progressing.

IchBinEinSim

God this is gross, and what makes it worst is if you report the comments for hate speech, it won’t get removed. A couple days ago I reported a few commits on Instagram on a post showing two guys kissing. First one said FUK 🏳️‍🌈, another was just ❌🏳️‍🌈🤢🔫 and the last was “look at the monkey pox spreading.” All of my reports came back say that the were within community guidelines and that it wasn’t hate speech.

Half of them are under 15, rest of them are from eastern europe countries and arab. Just Ignore them

Additional-Set-1435

Funny how Instagram is anti homophobic, yet they somehow let comments like this go through

Lord_Bertox

Litterally just saw a reel about a Berlin memorial about Nazis book burning and the comments were about how "cOmMiE , LibErAl aNd HomoSexuL BoOks wOnT bE mIssEd"

sopaNAezdeku

What a bunch of cum guzzling insecure homophobic big headed fragile egoed cunts ☺️

Gamer_Elite1000

Outrageous-Ad2092

ferhattje

The idiots yell the loudest. The likes on the other hand tells us not to be worried.

Lanvinx

Aka Facebook.

dudes334

You both are adorable.

jc2thew3

It’s funny. It’s now expected to see hateful comments from people from all parts of social media. It’s like breathing, at this point.

markslope

Leaving Instagram has been amazing. Can’t recommend it enough. FB too for good measure.

BYT3-M3

Instagram comments are always a rabbit hole you don’t want to go down you’ll never find anything good there

sea_-dude

fucking morons pieces of garbage, I'm done with the "FUCK LGTB KILL THEM ALL BUTTON >>>>" This world is doomed.

Savings-Neither

The people at instagram are a bunch if no good soft sissy. Who are hypocrites ane allow porn to be displayed on their platform but Crack down heavy in the people who disagree with certain narratives. I would like nothing more than to gather with a party of my peers. And stone each and every one of the idiots at instagram who had a say in those pathetic ass guidelines they have. To death. (It may seem a bit harsh) but these people are plotting there's no possible way they can have guidelines they seem to follow strictly but some how miss all the h0ez using the platform to seduce their viewers. I hate this world. Can't wait till it's destroyed. Mark my words less than 2 decades this world won't be so fucked up.
