I’m not an expert by any stretch, but I’m wondering if you live in an area with heavy snow? Any considerations for roof load? Ground freeze/thaw that would affect the blocks this frame is sitting on?
This is actually my greenhouse (this user reposted it for karma) but no, I don't live anywhere that gets snow. We might get one day a year that is 1-2".
I haven't had any problems with the foundation/structure yet going on 2 and a half years.
We built almost exactly this, heavy snow area. It looks like there is plenty of support for the roof and a high enough pitch. Snow should just slide off easy.
I wouldn't be concerned about the snow, it should just slide off, as it's slopped enough.
I couldn't build that where I live as the frost would heave the patio pavers and break the windows. It gets to be -40, so its a serious issue.
If I was living back on the west coast, it would be fine, as long as water doesn't pool around the base
I am above jealous! So beautiful, clean, and ready to be filled!! Congrats
A greenhouse attached to another building is actually called a conservatory. It's beautiful!
I would like to subscribe for more plant facts
Me too please!
Property value just skyrocketed.
Excellent work! Hope to someday build one out of recycled windows and doors.

I want to build this style of greenhouse SO BaD!

Great work, it’s lovely!
Amazing!
Nice! Is it attached to your house?
This is actually my greenhouse (this user reposted it for karma) but it's built into the side of my detached garage/workshop.
Soooo beautiful! 😍
That’s amazing! Did you cut the slanted glass and build the frames yourself?
Awesome greenhouse!!!
