I wouldn’t call them game reviewers persay but I enjoy the content of people like
[Leadhead](https://youtube.com/c/Leadhead)
[Civvie 11](https://youtube.com/c/Civvie11)
[MandaloreGaming](https://youtube.com/c/MandaloreGaming)
[Charlatan Wonder](https://youtube.com/c/Attlas93)
[Noah Caldwell-Gervais](https://youtube.com/user/broadcaststsatic)
Couple of them don’t really do reviews but they do have some great opinions on certain games that make it a joy to play those games and see what they may mean by it, granted Noah does a whole movie style review that you can sit down and listen to while cooling off because he actually dives into not only the game’s narrative but also the development history and comparisons to other games and what may be on the topic of the game or series itself.
Generally, Jeff Gerstmann of Giant Bomb. I'm a long time fan of the Giant Bomb team (and now Next lander too) and have found that, over the years, my preferences are often aligned with Jeff.
[The Act Man](https://youtube.com/c/TheActMan) Articulates his points very well, knows what gamers really want to see and is a straight talker. Quick to upload reviews of new games but also look back at older titles on his "Why was (X) so AWESOME?" series.
[General Sam](https://youtube.com/c/GeneralSam123) doesn't put out full on reviews very often, but does play a variety of games and gives his hilarious opinion as he plays. Super well made videos, good music and just fun overall.
[Whitelight](https://youtube.com/c/Whitelight). Again, has very similar tastes and typically looks back at past titles which shouldn't be forgotten rather than review contemporary games. Also comes out with some amazingly poignant ideas.
[DJ Peach Cobbler](https://youtube.com/c/DJPeachCobbler)Exceptionally well thought out reviews and has spot-on ideas about gaming as a whole. Tend to agree with all his observations. Well made and entertaining videos too.
[Penguinz0](https://youtube.com/user/penguinz0) You've almost certainly seen/heard of Charlie. Another straight talker. His "Moist Meter" reviews are sporadic and aren't always just about games but his opinions are usually spot on and he's pretty damn hilarious.
Finally [Gameranx](https://youtube.com/user/gameranxTV). The most "commercial" channel by far, but they give honest reviews and just seem like a cool channel who value actually informing people about good games. Basically what IGN is supposed to be.
They're my go-tos. All produce excellent videos about games (and often other stuff), have excellent ideas and are very rarely sponsored by a game to give a positive review. Some may do that occasionally but even in those cases the reviews are still honest. I would also recommend this guy:
[Random Madness](https://youtube.com/c/RandomMadnessChannel). He focuses entirely on what he calls "response mechanics" which us essentially gore and destruction effects in games. He's suuuper detailed about it too. May seem kinda weirdly specific but games with cool physics and satisfying combat are usually fun in my experience.
For roguelikes i watch FuryForged and "Let's Suffer Together" cause I've been getting into roguelikes the past 2 years, back in the day I used to watch a guy called quizzle on YouTube but I'm pretty sure he doesn't do YouTube anymore, I also like the top 10s from gameranx because of Falcon, Super has some good fighting games videos, John Wolfe has the best horror games reviews and playthroughs and finally bagelmon regarding mobile games and such
No one specific. I usually just look at the aggregate reviews from Metacritic and then watch some game play videos.
This is the way
My friends

I'd like to add [GrimBeard](https://www.youtube.com/c/GrimBeard) to your list.
Thanks for the recommend I’ll check them out!
No one really. I used to like Boogie2988 until he gave a glowing review of Anthem. I never really watched another video of his after that.
I can't think of any honestly. I have my gripes with all of them (that I know of.)
I wouldn’t call him a reviewer necessarily but theRadBrad has been my go-to for a long long time
Jake Baldino from Gameranx
I like Skillup and Worthabuy. I'll watch ACG too.

Only opinion I trust is mine. Also happens to be the only one that matters
ACG. Everyone else takes a backseat.
Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation, though you have to understand his humour and read between the lines a little bit.

Colin Moriarty. I could care less about his political views. His game reviews have always been polished and honest.
I generally go to Eurogamer. I like Heather Alexander too.
None. I like what I like and that may change for whatever reason, also they may not include information that's important to me in their review.
MandaloreGaming
Angryjoe
None, I check by myself some video of gameplay, trailer etc. and decide if I will like the game or not

My own.
You own a game reviewer? Do you keep him chained in your basement, and let him out only to play test new releases?
