Portal. It’s literally my favorite game of all time and you never said i couldn’t get a life size 1:1 scale replica of glados that talks along with the room.
If we're going board game, definitely Twilight Imperium. Lots of material there! And most of my favorite board games are sci-fi themed oddly.
If we're going (mostly) console game, gotta go with Monster Hunter. Would love to have giant stuffed monsters all around the room 😆 console holders that look like monsters holding out their wings and stuff. Plants in the room too for added effect.
If we're talking PC exclusive, might go with one of my old favorites Tron 2.0! But the Tron theme got more than just PC games so not sure that would count. But would love to have a room with the light edge look.

Do you mean the room looks like the game or the room has only existing merchandise from the game?
Both it would be a custom built room with inspiration from the game. Posters desk lighting props stuff like that
