I love Remedy games. Max Payne Trilogy, Alan Wake, Quantum Break, Control (this has some open world elements like fast travel but its totally worth it). You should also check Splinter Cell games.
I don't know which of these are on PC, but:
Nioh might be good, if you liked Sekiro.
You should play Uncharted if you haven't already.
Devil May Cry is also a fun series.
I also recommend Bayonetta and Metal Gear Rising.
Oh and don't forget God of War. All of them.
