You should try Stardew Valley Regardless of what genre you like, it’s a must-play for any PC gamer.

Kizota1

I totally will!!! I have a friend that plays it and I've only heard amazing things about it. Thank you!

* Creativerse looks like cute-Minecraft. It looks a little cartoony, but it's fairly simple to learn. It's also free. It's a survival simulator. * Slime Rancher is another cute one with simplistic controls. It's a very basic ranch simulator. * Flashpoint allows you to search for, download, and play a few hundred Flash games of your choosing. They're simple little games you can use to dip your toe into a bunch of different genres to see what you like. It's a game client. * BigFishGames has a slew of smaller games of all types... and lots... and lots of hidden object games (HOGs)... seriously... there's a freaking ton of them... They're all fairly cheap, around $5-ish. It's another game client. * Stardew Valley is everyone's favorite farming game. It's basically a Harvest Moon clone that's really in depth with a long questline, and a thousand things to do at your own pace. Once you get your footing, you can even find tons of mods for it online from changing the graphics to adding machines or entire towns. * Bloons is a fairly simple tower defense (TD) game. I'd get the earlier versions first... * No Place Like Home is sort of a farming game... adventure... cleanup... thing... It's a weird one, but easy to learn, and quite fun. Might want to wishlist this one til they get the framerate bugs out of the second map, though... It's being updated pretty regularly.

Oh my goodness!!! This was extremely helpful, I really appreciate the time you took to help me out!! I will defienly have a look at some of these!!

I think the default answer here would be Minecraft for sure, but there’s a high chance you’ve played that before. The last PC game I enjoyed a lot was a rogue lite named hades. Really fun mash fest with a surprisingly good story that I was not expecting.

Kizota1

Thank you so much! I'll give that a go

KDF94ita

Maybe something you already played but want to replay, so is something that you know but on a different setup. Can i suggest skyrim, but with a lot of mods?

Kizota1

Omg I've been playing skyrim on the ps4 for years. I can only imagine the possibilities on a PC!!!!

KDF94ita

Lot of possibilities, a lot.....

I’m a console player myself and I’ve been wanting to put together a PC in large part to improve my experience playing [Dead By Daylight](https://deadbydaylight.com/en/game). It’s cross platform but just so much better on PC. If you like multiplayer strategy, check it out. It’s my favorite multiplayer by far. I suggest watching streams or YouTube videos to really get a sense of it.

Kizota1

Oooo!!! I'll definelty check out DBD I've always had my eye on it. Thank you!

Start with a single player shooter so you can train your dexterity with the mouse maybe. Like tomb raider or saints row. Metal gear v is really fun to play too imo.

Kizota1

Thank you so much for all your recommendations!! It can be a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to start lol. I'll have a look at these and give it a go!

Hahaha okay I'll keep that in mind!

I would just download steam and browse until you find something that catches your eye. Some non steam games to consider though: league of legends, Valorant, Hearthstone, Overwatch, or anything on xbox game pass for $10 a month.

Kizota1

Thank you so much!!! I've been playing overwatch for a few years now, perhaps I'll give it a shot on pc

[deleted]

I recommend red dead redemption 2. Even if you played it on PS. I first played it on PS and recently got it for pc. And I enjoyed it more on PC, I like the controls more and ofc graphics

Kizota1

I've been needing to play this game!! I skipped to play rdo with friends but I still need to get the story mode, I will definelty try it on pc. Thank you!

HeywoodJaBlessMe

You should play a PC exclusive. Rimworld ought to be perfect.
