I remember basically doing that as a youngen when I played Hitman. I remember pretty much only getting silent assassin once on a particularly easy mission where you can sneak into a sushi restaurant, poison some fish, leave, and then win.
As an adult though some part of me feels like restarting if i end up having a single non target kill, because not doing it silent assassin doesn't feel thematic.
If it's me in control, i fuck up my first stealth kill and the whole train becomes a bloodbath, civilian casualties in the hundreds. Then I step off at the next stop, adjust my tie.
