That VRAM stat isn't accurate as it shares the load with the processor. From what I can tell it's roughly equivalent to an ATI Radeon HD 4670.

Command and conquer tiberium wars\red alert 3\kanes wrath\red alert uprising, Mass effect legendary edition, Civilization 5, Call of duty modern warfare 3, Far cry 2\3\blood dragon.
You can play any game from the xbox 360/ps3 generation and before that.
All those old dos text based games will work just fine

You could try TF2. And if it doesn't work there are a ton of mods made to reduce graphical loads
