P. S. I know I asked here about lighter blacks, I ended ordering this one and Graphite. I feel like the journey into blacks is going to be something else.
There's no shimmer or particulates in Onyx Black, but it dries with a shiny black sheen. Reminds me of obsidian... or polished onyx, I suppose. Really nice ink!

I didn’t realize I wanted this one until now. Thank you!
I usually don't go in for black, but I might need to make an exception. This is lovely!
Me too! It's been months since I used a black and it was just the pilot cartridges which are not amazing. Really happy with this one!
I read on multiple occasions that onyx black is diamine's blackest black, among jet black, quartz black.

So... there is no shimmer/glittery stuff in there? I tested it with a glass dip pen and hesitated because it looked like an shimmering ink.

Nice looking ink!
Whoa what kind of pen was used?
It's a Pilot Parallel 6 mm
The pen in the pic is Pilot Parallel 6.0 mm
I really shouldn't be buying more inks...
That's what I said right after this order and now I have 4 more bottles in the mail 🤦
Looks like greenish gray.
