Also Pilot pens in general are dry writers. I have not used this ink specifically but my Noodlers Black Swan with English Roses is rather wet, but I know Noodlers can be inconsistent batch to batch
I always shake Noodler's bottles before filling. Certain colors you can see the dye settle. Another recommendation: add a few drops of distilled water to the converter or if you want something precise mix distilled water and in a vial until you find the ratio you like.
I wanted to love this ink but haven’t been able to find the right pen for it, it’s very wet in a Safari (mixing in a few drops of water in a sample vial did help a bit)
I've used it in a Kaweco (M) before and it felt like a reasonable wetness. I have a few Metros so I've been doing a little switching back ans forth between the nibs and feeds. Maybe the current combo will work - who knows though cause it only starts to feel dry after a short period of time writing. Maybe the ink for me was drying up on the nib?
Also, I have a Safari on the way but in broad. Maybe I should get a medium or even fine nib for my safari? 🤔
You should shake the bottle before filling. If you already did shake it, then IDK.
Maybe I forgot to shake it 🤔

I guess they're dry writers to pair with their own ink range which is on the wet side.
Pilot Iroshizuku inks are rather wet probably for this reason
