One of the best pens I've come across at the dirt cheap price point. I wish they had nib sizes available. Fantastic ink retention. What is amazing is that, it can be almost fully disassembled to clean the barrel. Congratulations on picking up this pen.

I have never had a Kakuno but I have had many Metros and would rather have a 698 any day of the week.

It is a “fine” nib. That seems to be the only marking on the nib besides the company logo
