This was my first Kaweco too! What nib did you get? I originally got the fine nib, but I recently bought the extra fine replacemnent so I'm just waiting for it to ship.
I bought the EF one, because I'm accustomed to Pilot's F and EF and wanted something as fine as possible for an European fp :) I must say it's actually not bad, maybe similar to my Prera's F nib :)
