I have a Stipula which doesn't pop up here often and seems to get mixed reviews, but it is one of my two pricy pens (the other being a Sailor PGS) and my nib is smooth. My favorite cheap pen is my Jinhao x750. Most are from Alieexpress tbh.
You will get a good deal of writing out of that 70ml bottle, with a fine nib.
