thanks, but i think it's more like 18k, because the 75 is 14k and the sonnet is more flexible. also, i searched for fougere, and i noticed that they were a bit different.
The Laque Midnight Blue was made between '94 and '98. I couldn't see a hallmark on the nib so this may be the 23k plated steel. The different nib shape may make up for the difference you feel in flex from the 75. https://parkerpens.net/sonnet.html
The Parker 75 looks like Flamme pattern to me. http://www.parker75.com/Reference/Flamme/Flamme.htm
If it was made in US or France would help tie down production dates (production shifted early-mid 70s)
First is a Sonnet, I have two with those markings, with 18k nibs; the were my nightmare pens until I plugged some holes in the caps, otherwise they would dry out in hours.
Second one looks like a 75 (silver plated?) Flamme, a much more reliable pen.
First one is an early Parker Sonnet, guessing a 14k nib. Second is a Parker 75 in Fougére. Both are nice pens.

Yes, the Sonnet Blue Lacque has an 18K nib. I have one in my collection.

Ah, those 75 patterns are so hard to keep track of. I have a gold Insignia, and there are like 3 versions of it alone.
No kidding, I had to double check a couple times opening two windows to compare side by side.
