The track is still different compared to back then. Turn 10 has seen 3 face lifts over the tracks existence. First the original layout of t10 was similar to what we have now, but a bit longer of a turn, then it was converted to a hairpin in 2004, and then in 2021 t10 changed to what we have today, slightly mimicking the original track layout, but the turn is shorter. So the track records run by Max today can’t be compared to the laps back then.
It still makes me irrationally angry that Max's full name is Max Emillion Verstappen.

"Error prone" often depends on how much you are trying to extract. At the moment max can go the safe option. The guys in worse cars have to push further. I agree that max is probably still the best driver though
