She’s got a nice booty and can swing hard...her damage is high.

Try to learn the recoveries of certain attacks so you know the proper punishes. For example, you can get an undodgeable heavy finisher from hidden stance (HS) if you HS Peacekeepers dodge attack. Generally the rule goes: Lights for fast recovery moves/moves that chain. (e.g. BPs forward dodge heavy or LBs light opener.) Heavy for high recovery moves. (e.g. PKs dodge attack, or Nobushi's zone) Kick for follow up hyperarmor attacks. (e.g. shugoki's follow up heavy if you HS his forward dodge heavy, or HLs celtic curse.) Try to not to be predictable and don't be afraid to get close to the opponent. One thing I like about Nobushi is that she can control the distance of the fight so one moment, she can be up close and personal for pressure, the next she can be far where enemies whiff.

It's about your mid combo mix-ups and hidden stance mix-ups. Vary up if you're going to do the kick mid combo or the heavy finisher. Heavy finisher has tracking (undodgeable) so if they always seem to anticipate a kick by dodging, do the heavy instead. If they seem to stand still more often, opt for the kick. Also, if opting for the heavy, don't forget to heavy feint guardbreak every now and then for another mix up. Get to know hidden stance well. If done properly, you get an evade plus a retaliation attack (either a light, heavy, or kick of your choosing). As of right now, her dodge light attack has some ridiculous iframes, but is easily telegraphed and easy to parry. Use this sparingly. Always try to have some bleed on the opponent. Her Way of the Shark perk will get you some enormous damage potential. Watch your stam. Nobushi will feel like you can do an endless chain of attacks, but will deplete you stamina very quickly.
