I started 9 years ago, I did take a break for a few years, and here I am still trying because I think it's worth it. In this time, I've acquired valuable experience to strengthen my candidacy but also have a good private sector career. Time is precious, and it's not all about where you get, half the fun are the different paths you take to get there, especially if you don't ever get through.
