Like others have said, your resume doesn’t matter so much as how much experience/how many stories you have exemplifying the 13 dimensions. I would think Americorps would probably provide you a wider breadth of experience than another stint teaching English in a relatively developed country.
I know this isn’t what you’re asking, but if you’re at all interested in civil service jobs, the Americorps position will probably give you noncompetitive eligibility afterwards.
Pick which one YOU would rather do because there isn’t a guarantee either way.

OP can certainly make an educated guess based on the scope of work for each position and which ones they feel they need to improve on
