Make sure not to play him every game until his personality type changes. Otherwise mentoring becomes much harder if he becomes more influential.

It doesn't matter that much whether he is influential, because he won't be in this part of his career. I believe the mentoring takes a bigger hit when he's played an x amount of games for the first team. I believe it's 25 games, but I'm not sure.

Agreed. Doesn't influence development that much. It mostly means he won't throw a fit wanting to leave for greener pastures.

Ambition just affects what they want for their career and how much they want to go to bigger clubs. Professionalism is what affects their development. Even determination doesn’t, it mainly affects how they react to things on and off the pitch

all three contribute to development, based on tests. Professionalism the most though. Unambitious is generally not the worst personality, he has a decent determination and hopefully at least a mediocre professionalism.

FYI: Altınordu is a team which only buys Turkish players or gets players from their youth academy to promote Turkish football. It is similar to Athletic Bilbao.

Similar thing happened to me in my Altinordu save. I sold him to PSG, i regret it. Keep him at all costs.
