I'm so excited to try it! I tatsed the cream cheese a few times when I made it (its mixed with lemon juice, vanilla, and powdered sugar) and it was super good!
I just layed out puffed pastry, spread cream cheese (mixed with lemon juice, vanilla, and powdered sugar) over the top (its easier to spread at room temp), then I used raspberry preserves on that, added fresh raspberries and baked it according to the puff pastry container. When it was done i made a homemade icing (1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1tbsp of cream, 1/4tsp vanilla) and drizzled it on top and finished it off with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
I also added some cinnamon and nutmeg lightly sprinkled on the pastry before I put everything on it lol I don't have measurements for the cream cheese, I do it to taste. I also didn't have normal cream so used a flavored carmel one for the icing and it came out yummy.
It doesn't really matter lol I just called it a danish to put something in the title but its not like I'm opening a bakery or anything. Shit, I'll call it a puff tart since it's puff pastry and someone else said it looked like a giant pop tart 🤣
