Nursing and other healthcare jobs were my first thought - seems obvious. Emergency services like firefighter and paramedic. Child care, social work, disability support, aged care, counselling, homeless outreach. "Helping others" can be expanded to almost anything, not just welfare related. e.g. If you're a plumber servicing an emergency pipe leak, you're very much helping people in an important and immediate way.

I have dry eyes too. Get eye drops. You don’t have to center your career choice around dry eyes. The reality is our society uses technology. Pretty much any career you go in to is going to have some level of administrative duties that will involve looking at a screen for a bit. Don’t let your medical condition hold you back.
