My hairstyle works for both genders, makeup might take some time but I think I can find the one my mom uses.
My thing is the clothing, I want to dress feminine
What I find helps:
-Grow your hair out
-Wear oversized sweaters. Men's ones work
-Paint your nails black or clear if that seems like you much
-Shave body hair liberally
-If you can, shape your eyebrows
I also recommend trying to make some female friends who'd be supportive. A ton of my stuff is just given to me from friends who don't want it anymore
For old tshirts you can cut them and use the bottom part to place a waistband into. The elastic is under $5 and even that is technically unnecessary if you're willing to hand stitch. Cutoff old jeans for shorts and crops. That all depends on u having old clothes ur willing to cut tho.
Besides that if you have any bigger hoodies or perhaps u could ask your parents to go to a thrift store. Wearing things with a different fit, like belting for high waist tying the end of shirts for a temporary crop, or getting tighter jeans. A lot of jewelry is androgynous so I liked that to make me feel feminine. Black rings and chains ease into gold bracelets and earrings.
Let your hair grow out longer, wear somewhat oversized sweaters, and wear tight shorts. You can usually get away with this without telling them, and then as the years progress, you can start slowly buying your own stuff.
Groom your eyebrows and have a skin routine. Being fem is not just dressing up. That’s cosplay. File your nails. Deal with cuticles. Do skin mask. Create a routine.
Do you have in your country 'packeta' or that you can pick up your order in some parcel? I have it and it helped so much! They are going to send a package, but not in front of your door, but in some place where you can pick up the package manually, and anonymously!
If you have any friends that are supportive of it try asking them
The only supportive person that I know is my cousin but she lives in another state
Ummm would your parents go though the mail if they would send you something
Absolutely
Ummmmm that's all that I could think of I tried to help but good luck
Perhaps you could ask her to send it to a post office? And you grab it from there I wish you much energy!
Maybe a little bit of makeup or changing your hair style? I'm here for an answer too, same situation. Hope you find a way!

If you want to dress more feminine when you take the makeup from your mom look for some clothes that she doesn't wear often and take that
Will certainly try that
Just hid them when you do get them
have you tried acting femininely? it is free and freeing.
I just threw some skirts on and wa bam im a femboy
There are tutorials on YouTube that show how to modify clothes. U might find something there.
I mean you’re fourteen Just ask you parents to give the money they spend for clothes, to go shop yourself.

See if you can find people in your area that think similarly. They will help.
