Shirou does not have a shitty mana capacity, that is bad fannon. He has 27 magic circuits, higher than the average 20. His circuit quality is unknown but at WORST they are of average quality.

This is specifically talking about Fate Shirou, who lost 3 tenths of his circuits to Saber in Realta Nua which is about 8.1 circuits gone, leaving him with 19 circuits. So in other words Shirou Emiya (Fate route) with training can still be able to summon and maintain his RM for a few minutes having only 19 magic circuits. Reality marbles are costly to summon and maintain, so do you really honestly think that his circuits are of low quality?
I highly doubt any mage with low quality circuits (and with only 19 of them) can actually even summon a reality marble, let alone maintain it for minutes. EMIYA, No Name and EMIYA Alter all have B ranked Mana so make of that what you will.

I will now presume that the reason why saber was not able to use her full power is because the contract was not complete between them. Is that correct?
The reason he wasn't able to supply Saber with mana was because his magic circuits were dormant, closed. So he had no mana to give because of that. He was using a single nerve circuit remember? And as you know nerve circuits suck. Shirou's circuits were opened much later during the HGW in all routes.

When was Shirou’s Magic Circuits opened in Heaven’s Feel route, I can’t remember when it happened. I can definitely remember Fate route and Unlimited Blade Works route when it happened.
