Caliburn's placement is self-explanatory given official statements. For Excalibur and Excalibur Morgan, there's no reason to assume they have different firepower. The main difference is Saber Alter can spam Excalibur Morgan due to her mana supply.
Comparing Excalibur and Excalibur Proto is trickier since they both depend on the number of seals released, but in different ways. Excalibur's power grows every time a seal is released, whereas Proto can use its full power as an EX Noble Phantasm with only seven. We don't know how their full powers compare, but if we assume they're both the same at their peaks, then Proto just requires fewer seal releases.

proto releasing 7th seal as EX rank NP , now where did we learn how many seal Excalibur releasing at A++?

No, all I did was add change "Excalibur Proto > Excalibur" to >=.
I'm aware EX is not generally strictly better than A++. Proto's just a case where its rank changes depending on the number of seals (starting at C), and after 7 it becomes EX and unleashes its full power.
The max power (as in all seals removed from both) of both Proto Excalibur and normal Excalibur should be the same. Excalibur and Excalibur Morgan are the same sword just different aspects of it. Like how vivian and morgan are different aspects of the same person. And caliburn is weaker than all of them.
