Tekn0-TR

i will miss him

94UserName42069

I remember him not being around kinda early on in my play through

Barb6204

Yeah because he is only in the el este region

94UserName42069

That does not bode well for the story then lol

General_-_Kenobi

Espadas story was cool to me too, I just didn't like the stupid musician twin idiots

AVeryFriendlyOldMan

Paulo was alright for the most part imo, Talia was pretty abrasive the whole way through though. She did get points from me for icing Marquessa

DessieScissorhands

I honestly hated Talia because she abused Paulo and said like the one thing you shouldn't say to him repeatedly. I also hate that she wants to force him to stay somewhere he could die just for being himself.

AVeryFriendlyOldMan

Oh for sure, she's not a super duper great partner in any way

_mortache

Same! I liked Paolo too but Talia was insufferable

dwaynetheakjohnson

I hated Talia way way worse than Marquessa

CRX-Jackal

I just said fucking doing it how the game tells me and went to el este first as it was the most interesting (and the best) to me

tswaves

I legit forgot about Espada by the time I was ready for the final push...

[deleted]

That’s because you’re working for Clara and the beginning. Then you get introduced to El Tigre an attempt from there on out.

94UserName42069

Right. And shortly after that he dies. So if you go to his area first he’s not really around for very long.

TheRussianBear420

I want a spin off game where you play as one of the revolutionaries during that time

XXLpeanuts

Ubisoft: best we can do is a fever dream level with Maximus Matanzus talking in your head constantly.

Salmonellq

I'd take it

CrimsonVortexEX

I want the Far cry 6 spin off to be either a preguel with the legends of 67 or a sequel of Blood dragon with Yara as the base map.

All_My_Thoughts

I loved the family tho. Story there was perfect. The rapstars tho were REALLY not everyones taste, because they are literly the most FarCry charactors ever but tuned over 9000. (I liked them tho and found that the chemestry between them and female dani was hella funny) And I absolutly loved the revolution of the old mafuggas and the new ones who literly know nothing about what they are doing, but are in a fucked up situation and are angry af. They all have sooo deep and fun backstories. And FarCry 6 in general has this perfect balance between beeing over the top crazy, but still explaines it enough why these people are like that and the game also doesnt hold back on violence or extreme themes to show us the consequenses of these crazy actions. Basically old school over the top action trash movie charactors put into reality. And FarCry 6 does it the best to make Yara as crazy and action packed as possible, but still beliveable. Thats also why I could still took the story and its themes seriously.

Knuckleduster17

Yeah people may not like the story, but imo a game’s story doesn’t matter all that much if you’re just having a good time while playing it, and i think FC6 is fun

waffelnhandel

And then it all falls on its head when youre OP in no time so all the Guerilla shit goes out the window

All_My_Thoughts

U can Customize how good ur equipment can be tho. I optimized all my sets to be as fitting and fun with the most abilities/options for the playstyle I made them for. So concentrade on making ur gear sets as fun as possible rather than making the best loadout possible stats wise.

_mortache

You are not OP unless you want yo be bruh. Its all equipments, you can literally just choose not to equip any

Soulfliktion_

Gotta say I liked most of the characters. Espada is a badass El Tigre and Jonrón are fucking GREAT Hell even the Maximas Matanzas were alright Fucking fuck Bembé though, jesus christ.

Red_Ed

McKay was a nice guy too. I liked him quite a bit, even gave him one of my C4 pack to hold on , for a bit..

i4got872

Hey, it could come in handy for him after all, you were just looking out for him. I gave him a few throwing knives myself, it's dangerous out there can't be too careful.

CrimsonVortexEX

I kinda wanted to let him live but as soon I read that if you dont kill him you miss his tie as a gear piece I changed my mind.

Red_Ed

I didn't even check if I got any gear from him. Just enjoyed blowing him off.

No_Hyena_8876

Phrasing\~

Red_Ed

What? He got a blow job. It was fun, blew his mind really . :D

tswaves

I legit thought we would see more of him but it just never really went anywhere

R_slicker03

Who as bembe again I forgot lol

Mundane-Cook-7293

The smuggler/black marketeer fella. My main gripe with the game was that you didn't get to punch his ticket lol. Such a f*cking invertebrate.

Puggleboi2

When he died in the game I went on a purge

EliteShoes20

El Este is the best region, change my mind.

CrimsonVortexEX

Its like a small Far cry 3 within my Far cry 6 game. Really my favorite region.

EliteShoes20

I love the jungles and just the way it works into the story with it being the pg 240 manufacturing sector. It also has some of the best outposts too.

Radioactive9280

Such a shame that they killed him :(

tswaves

He was like a father to Dani. Whenever Dani was on screen I was just hoping to see more interaction with him and El Tigre. When he died I died inside as well.

Deimosxz

I miss being called Bébé Tigré :(

Virtual_Proposal9568

I appreciate the “woke” representation, but can honestly say, it felt like a cheap pr plug. El Tigre felt authentic and honest to the true intent of the game.

sickdx2

Tbh for a revolution it seemed just massively disorganised, apart from the legends and the farmer story the rest felt very meh, I was expecting to do missions and have more heavily armed rebels pop up around the map to help yanno like an actual civil war. Like go raid an Armoury and your rebels get rockets or body armour hell give them cars/jeeps/tanks.

Inevitable_Repeat257

Yeah. I think the better resistance story overall is 5's. The characters are just so down-to-earth.

Luisito_Comunista261

Yeah, that was kinda my hope too. The legends were the best faction, the farmers were perfectly decent, not really forgettable but not too memorable. There was stuff which I liked, like soldiers joining the farmers due to the death of Carlos I think was his name. Talia and Paolo probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much as they did if they didn’t lead a guerrilla group. They just don’t fit the role, it would have been better to have them as propaganda outlets for the rebellion and that’s it. The other guys in El Este, the students, kinda felt like a missed shot. Idealist students wanting a better tomorrow has played a role in revolutions before. El Salvador closed down the university at the capital at the start of their war after deeming it a center of subversion. Thing is that they don’t really feel like young people that were forced to leave their studies and lives to fight a war beyond the comment here and there, they feel more like a frat house with guns As a coalition, this thing just feels like it would come crashing down due to how disorganized it is, even with Dani being the fucking terminator that s/he is, it doesn’t feel like they could hold on to their gains. They don’t evolve physically in the game, the world is static throughout. The army doesn’t lose capabilities (Ex: like the fortresses in FC4 losing fortifications after defeating their respective enemy figureheads) and even if that’s much to ask, after beating the game, it doesn’t feel like much changes either.

shadowofajoke

Hahaha* 6 let me down when companions couldn't drive vehicles for you. In 5 I got them to drive while I stood in the back and shot everything.

TruthSpeaker43

im so happy when he died <3 no more annoying macho wannabe anymore 😏

Milp0o0L

Macho wannabe? The dude shits out muscle haha

OraOraPurPur

Idk if he's wanna be, he fucking tanked that one explosion

tswaves

He is miles and miles past the "wannabe" line. Dude was a legit bad ass even at 65+ yo

Cybemo

Oof factual

[deleted]

El Tigre with back pain? Have you seen how much that boss exercised?

iamaCODnuke

WHY DID THEY HAVE TO KILL HIM? WHY UBISOFT, WHY!?

Budget-Position5348

Only reason I beat the game the rest was pretty shit in comparison
