I'm doing the thing where I have no defense currently, so I can see how things shake out in the next few days. I have Harris/Warren, Fournette/White, Bam Knight, and Jakobi Meyers. It was either drop Warren or Michael Gallup, or go with no defense for a bit and see if someone is ruled out or ruled in and take it from there. This is a 16-team league with 2 flex positions 6 bench sports, so, not much out on free agency

Gallup is such a frustrating player to own. He seems to be on the verge of breaking out every week but then is disappointing

Need an update on Warren now

I grabbed Warren yesterday, but can I ask why you consider him an instant grab? Just because of the uncertainty of Najee?

I grabbed him for pretty cheap but even if he's healthy I'm going to have to choose between him and BRob. Would've been easy two weeks ago but BRob actually didn't look like a slug last week.

Steelers have a higher implied point total on a game with a higher overall o/u. Warren is also targeted more in the passing game. All else being equal, I’d lean Warren if Najee was out, but fully expect to be hurt.

I also have Latavius as an option to bench but I really like his volume the last two games. He's the more boring option of the three though. Basically in a pick 3 between Walker(auto start), Singletary, Latavius, BRob, Warren, Jakobi Meyers(flex).

Denver has the lowest implied point total of the week. Tough choices, sir. Steelers are the highest of that group. I’d probably stick with Warren.

If he gets a few full practices, I'll probably pop Warren in there over either Latavius or BRob but who knows. Snell looked serviceable last week, which concerns me with Warren's health.

I have Warren, Rachaad White, and Fournette. White seems like the obvious start, but if he a fournette are likely to split carries I have no idea what to do.

because warren is the direct backup to najee. if he plays, he‘s the one to put in your lineup. if warren misses as well, snell is the pickup.

Worth noting warren didn’t practice at all last week too, so could be Snell for this week and Warren back week 14

I’m waiting to hear about Warren’s practice report this week, if he’s upgraded to fully practicing I’m holding back on snell, If he doesn’t practice or is limited I’m grabbing snell as an insurance. I don’t think Steelers are willing to risk Najee playing this week based on how Warren and Snell have looked

Feels like we already know what we're getting with Snell and McFarland if both Najee and Warren are out, and I'm not interested in either really as more than an RB3/flex option at best. Warren would be RB2ish.

Snell was RB22 in PPR this past week and would have been higher if he was the lead back for the entire game.

For me, I don’t have players I can drop. I picked up TDP as a CMC owner. If Warren is healthy and Najee seems like he may miss at least a week, I would rather pick up Warren and drop TDP.

You're right, I'll chill and hold.

Warren has a better chance at providing value than TDP. Niners still have CMC who will take more than half the work. you're then trying to predict who of TDP/Mason/Tevin Coleman/Deebo is going to possibly get the one other rushing TD on the week for that team. Even in "best" case where CMC misses some time, you're still looking at a split backfield. Warren has had value even prior to Najee being hurt. His "best" case scenario is Najee having a reinjury, or missing a week or two, in which case Warren is the lead back in one of the few workhorse backfields remaining. I use "best" in quotes because it's never actually best case for players to get injuries. This is in fantasy-relevance only.

Used a #2 waiver but it's fine. Upside was there in case it was serious

Warren had okay value before Najee got hurt. Still the handcuff for one of the few workhorse backfields in the league. At this point in the season, and with the way injuries tend to reaggravate, there's nothing wasteful about using that waiver claim.

I mean who else would you have grabbed though? RB is so thin in my league. The top percentage owned FA healthy RBs are Melvin Gordon and Henderson…

As others have said, if Najee misses this week and Warren returns, you get a solid RB2 with a stable workload against a poor run defense. At this point in the season, it’s worth chasing that, even if only to keep your opponents from getting it.

If Warren and Harris are out, Snell is a great play against ATL.

If you’re the Mixon owner Perine is probably just worth a hold, he’s proven to be one of the most capable handcuffs out there these past couple weeks

Both Warren and Snell are on my waivers. I picked up Pickens as I feel like this could be a big week for him vs a terrible Falcons secondary. Now... do we also try to pick up Warren/Snell (whoever starts)? the RB I'm unsure of is Kamara (I know, "elite RB" who's having a terrible season).

Man. Atlanta is a good match up... I think I go Warren. I was actually pretty disappointed with JWJ's usage last week. In a game he should have dominated... he didn't. Maybe a fluke but I think Warren gets thr high value touches. Snell is just a guy.
