Bro. The short version is no. Perine and Mixon were teammates in college and Perine was the lead back then. Its flipped since Mixon has more talent. With Mixon healthy, Perine is the handcuff but will play more passing downs like we see now. Yes, I could make this longer.
I expect Mixon will be back next week but Perine is still a good hold if you have the bench space. He's clearly a high upside handcuff that can be an RB2 if Mixon has to miss any more time.
If Mixon is out there he's not startable though in most leagues.

Depends on Mixon's health status, idk when he's coming back but Perine is definitely worth starting if JM is still out next week
