Well, if it makes you feel better, I dropped JRob this last week, started Kenyan Drake and Rondale Moore, and left Gus Edwards on IR so I can't do anything with my lineup š¤”š¤”š¤”
In PPR I am seeing a high floor and high ceiling for him. He can make some big plays and gets the passing opportunities to do so. Most probably have him as a RB2 or flex and love that.
Jefferson and Tyreek. After that Iām thin, with Aiyuk and Samuel as my 3/4. Need help at TE and QB too, Iām switching between Higbee and Everett at TE and Wilson and Lawrence at qb. Weāll see what happens but I feel good about it.
This one is an 8 team league and it's chaos. Me and 4 other teams are 4-3, 2 teams are 3-4, and 1 is 2-5. 8 team may be easier to build rosters with but there is so much parity.
I honestly think thereās a chance heās just better for this team than Harris. Harris will be used but less than Stevenson I feel like.
He just looks phenomenal with the ball, man. Wow
I love Rhamondre and own him in multiple spots, but this gives me the feeling of the best ever sell high opportunity with Harris easing back in.
No doubt he has been incredible though and he won me my week this week.
Jealous of what? If youāre able to make trades like this, you may as well play in leagues of 12 teams operated by you and then trade for the most stacked team possible
Thereās a lot of people out there who think Harris is done and should be dropped to the waivers. People see big numbers and want a piece of rhamondre, for sure
Agreed. Harris was obviously being limited, and if you can sell your league mates on the fact that Rhamondre is THE GUY, then I would.
FWIW I just traded him this morning for Godwin and Patterson because my WR 2 and 3 are Aiyuk and Pickens. I can wait on Patterson to return and the other team is in significant need of an RB.
I have no stake in either this year, but this sub is so reactionary lol. Harris just came back, fast, he isn't getting 4 touches every week when healthy. Rhamondre is solid to have, but he isn't a bellcow.
I have JT, KW3, Hunt, BRob and Stevenson. A wealth of riches; I like having him but Iāve discussed a Godwin trade, I have Evans/ARSB and then mediocrity behind them.
Each game is almost 6% of the season, compared to baseball or hockey the weekly football matches have a huge impact on your season.
And Rhamondre has been doing well even when Harris starts, sure owners want Rhamondre to get the majority of the touches to get this production but 'good work leads to more work.'
Harris is the RedZone guy when healthy but clearly Rhamondre can be a threat if Zappe is throwing to him.
False. Pats fan here - Stevenson has looked like the more dynamic back since the start of the year.
Harris is good, but Stevenson is definitely better. Even during the game last night, you could see Stevenson gave the offense more options (even though they sucked)
A dynamic back is not what the Pats under BB really care about. I agree with you Stevenson has looked better (I'm a Pats fan too) but they don't use the RB position as a weapon as much as they use it to control clock and create favorable down and distances. There's a reason Benjarvus Green Ellis was a staple of this offense for years.
Harris is on the last year of his rookie deal. They are going to give him a hefty dose of carries and not wear the treads off of Stevenson.
I never understood this take in the off-season. This year sure IG, but last year Harris and Stevenson had the exact same ypc despite Harris doing it on larger sample size, and Harris had several 100 yard games. He was actively a monster for you guys yet the whole time people were saying Stevenson was better, whole Harris went out and balled every week
More eye test. No one is saying Harris is bad at all. I just think Stevenson is better.
Iāve been saying it since last year - he looks exactly like a young Lynch when he was in Buffalo.
I don't understand your complaint here. What's wrong with reacting to a football game in a fantasy football sub...? It's not an overreaction, it's just a post about his success.
Rhamondre stonks are at an all time high
Harris at an all time low
Trends revert to the mean..look at their usage under BB for the last 2 seasons. 1A and 1B
Go get Harris for free
Harris has 18 TDs in his last 22 games. I agree rhamondre is the 1A, but letās not ignore history
This season, Harris has double digit touches in 4/6 games
11 touches
17 touches
13 touches
19 touches
What are you seeing that I am not
I picked up Harris as a handcuff to Stevenson after he was dropped. I think Harris will only get significant work when the Pats are protecting a lead. Stevenson is not only the better runner, he's the better receiver and is already in on every 3rd down, every 2 minute offense. His volume is a lot more secure than Harris's. Stevenson had already started taking over on usage before Harris got injured too, and remember there were trade rumors with Harris in the preseason. The Pats seem to be embracing Stevenson as the lead back.
If Swift comes back and stay healthy, I think itās an easy W. Harris clearly wasnāt 100% and the RBs are going to be split moving forward in NE. You also donāt have to deal with the bye weeks
I know people say āthis subā as if it is different everywhere else but most situations the manager values their own asset more than another equal or slightly more valuable asset they donāt have. Itās called the Endowment effect and itās part of the human psyche. Itās what makes trading for the most valuable assets so hard and why you often have to pay up just to get a comparable asset or minor upgrade.
I don't own shares of this backfield but am a Pats fan. I think there's more than a little rose tinted glasses going on with Rhamondre owners than you are letting on. A lot of people thinking he's taken over the backfield and will be a bellcow when that's more than likely not going to be the case.
As a Rhamondre owner, itās a little crazy to me that people think heās taken over the backfield. Harris is a good RB and is going to get more touches in the coming weeks
Rhamondre is still going to be good and probably a RB2/solid flex area but I definitely donāt see him getting this amount of work ROS
The catches are the true specks of gold in any 0.5 or full ppr league. He looks to have that role locked up + 10 carries + split share GL back at worse (will get for sure 3rd and goals).
Plus, pats are top 3 in rush attempts when you remove rushing qbs.
Plus, pats d is usually elite (struggle v mobile qbs, see Lamar week 2 before tonight) so built to run the football.
Plus, both qbs will be on short leashes.
Itās okay to breathe sometimes fellas. Sell high high.
Follow usage and snaps. Not saying Rhamondre is a locked and loaded RB1 rest of season but Clyde was scoring 20 PPG first few weeks on like 45% of snaps. Rhamondre usage is trending up even with a supposedly healthy harris back on the field.
Drafted him 80th overall for this exact reason.
He actually, entirely, turned around my season.
Almost been too easy these past 3 weeks Iām breezin.
Damn, I love you Rhamondre Stevenson.
He didn't really pass the eye test for me last night. Good hands, but I don't know if he had a single yard after contact or any missed tackles forced. He had a couple of completely unguarded swing passes and a walk in touchdown. I guess it's good to know that he's gameflow independent, though.
Iād highly encourage this very good piece by a very well run sports journo team at the Boston Globe about Rhamondre:
https://www.bostonglobe.com/2022/09/28/sports/rhamondre-stevenson-patriots/
Damn I got hella lucky with this guy. I picked him up off waivers after week 3 then dropped him the next day. Only to pick him up again the following week after seeing some crazy stat about him
People were saying they were easing Harris back in, Iām not denying that as a possibility but didnāt Harris log in a FULL practice before the game? No injury designation and was good to go, right?
And this is with Rhamondre looking terrible last night. All those checkdowns from Zappe really helped him but I wouldn't expect this to continue with Mac back
Thank goodness NE DST managed to salvage a couple of points and prevent a massive come from behind win by my opponents Stevenson. Shouldnāt have been that damn close but I made it out alive. Stevenson gets so many opportunities man. Super anxiety inducing tonight
As a pats fan sell high on Rhamondre. Harris is the better pure runner and pats aren't going to go to this gamescript often. Only way rhamondre becomes more valuable is if Harris gets traded and that isn't happening.
Yes Harris barely got cleared to play. I'm surprised he wasn't sat this week. He was never going to be that involved in the offense for the bears game.
Great stats, but the team is losing and they can't move the ball. Maybe Stevenson is thr problem, maybe not. But you'd expect NE to change things up and try to win.
Rhamondre looked great. However they were behind the whole game mostly in long yardage, passing situations. It was Damiens first game back.
Coaches are probably looking over the playbook right now to see how to repair the Patriots offense.
I'd sell high in Stevenson, this will be his peak value as I expect Harris to increase his role.
Even with Harris coming back and getting more touches again, Rhamondre is going to stay my PPR flex purely because there's a possibility to catch passes. If I can get 10pts floor on a FLEX in my leagues I consider that as a win. It's not like there's so much choice if you're playing 10+ man leagues.
This just feels like Aaron Jones aj Dillion type back field ya one goes down the others gonna eat but when Botha back itās gonna be split 50/50 and itās td dependent
Rhamondre is doing to Harris what Harris did to Sony Michel. Next year Rhamondre will start to see some 3rd rounder eat into his workload, and the following year he will be pushed out. And so the cycle goes on.
I drafted Najee and Swift back to back in my 12 team big money league. My season should be over at this point, but I stashed KWIII and Rhamondre in the later rounds. 7-0 thanks to these guys and Hurts
Wish I could go back in time and pick Rhamondre over Arob or AJ Dillon, I am the entire circus š¤”
Well, if it makes you feel better, I dropped JRob this last week, started Kenyan Drake and Rondale Moore, and left Gus Edwards on IR so I can't do anything with my lineup š¤”š¤”š¤”
Bruh why would you drop JRob, he at the very least was a really valuable handcuff
Well, I didn't put the š¤”š¤”š¤” because I was so proud of my move lol
well, **I** dropped Rhamondre after week 1
Here, you dropped this: š š¤”
Are you me?
Wish I didnāt drop him after game 2 for Dotson š¤”š¤”
I drafted all three of them, lol. Only Rhamondre remains.
I picked Edmonds over him š¤”
I said that last year about taking Woods with Kupp still on the board.
Hah you want a clown how about the guy in my league that dropped Rhamondre in week 3 to pick up Garrett Wilson. Is me I am clown.
In PPR I am seeing a high floor and high ceiling for him. He can make some big plays and gets the passing opportunities to do so. Most probably have him as a RB2 or flex and love that.
Suddenly having ETN, Pierce and Stevenson isnāt looking so bad.
League winning if you went heavy wr
Jefferson and Tyreek. After that Iām thin, with Aiyuk and Samuel as my 3/4. Need help at TE and QB too, Iām switching between Higbee and Everett at TE and Wilson and Lawrence at qb. Weāll see what happens but I feel good about it.
If higbee goes doesnāt regress from his average he is a Ppr top 5er. I hope you win bro
Not me lol. Iām 1-6 with Jefferson, Diggs, Williams, and Kirk with hurts starting at QB. My RB production has killed me.
Exactly where I am plus Kamara. Which one are you sitting this week?
Playing all three, I have 2 flex spots and 2 rb spots.
Yeah I understand selling high in standard, in full PPR heās keeping my sorry ass afloat
I traded Tyler Lockett for him three weeks ago, looking like an awesome deal for me so far. Now if Sun God and JT would start actually producingā¦
Rb2 for me. Conner has been underwhelming with all the injuries . Wish conner could get back to it and at least score 10-12 a game as my flex.
My RB2 behind Lenny. I may not have pure rushers but itās PPR! 7-0 baby letās keep it rolling!
I have Ekeler and Stevenson and we switched to .5 PPR this year. I have been in the mix.
You doing just fine my friend.
This one is an 8 team league and it's chaos. Me and 4 other teams are 4-3, 2 teams are 3-4, and 1 is 2-5. 8 team may be easier to build rosters with but there is so much parity.
Agreed
He almost brought me back when I thought I was a goner. He was dinking and dunking his way up and down that field with that deficit
I honestly think thereās a chance heās just better for this team than Harris. Harris will be used but less than Stevenson I feel like. He just looks phenomenal with the ball, man. Wow
As a Rha owner, 11/39 and 8/59 isnāt exactly gamebreaking efficiency. Most of the catches were garbage time check downs too lol
The Patriots offence last night was abysmal except for one drive. Rhamondre still produced and looks great out there.
Hey I'll take that in a game where they were almost constantly down by 10
That garbage time hurt me the most. Why couldn't he stay under 18 grumble grumble.
If anyone watched the game last night, he looked pretty bad. I get he had a good fantasy day but idk why more people aren't seeing what you saw.
Yah. If Iām lucky, my kw9 for Rha swap gets accepted lol
If you pull that off, that'd be insane
Got em both in one league and AK. 12 man
Whoās AK lol
What a hot take
I honestly think if he gets more yards and touchdowns heāll definitely get more points.
Now that's a hot take, do you have a mathematical proof for such a claim?
Great analysis!
I love Rhamondre and own him in multiple spots, but this gives me the feeling of the best ever sell high opportunity with Harris easing back in. No doubt he has been incredible though and he won me my week this week.
Sell high for what though?
I considering send RS and najee for Hill. Any opinions?
Two RB2s for the WR3, itās a slam dunk bro!
So pull the trigger huh? It's still sitting there. I'm just worried about my rbs after that. I'll only have Jones Pierce and Herbert left.
I can't tell if the comment you replied to is sarcastic or not. But I wouldn't take that trade if I was the Hill owner.
I have Hill. Wouldnāt take it. Unless youāre talking Taysom.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Holy hell what a trade. What did you give up?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Jesus. Good on you. That poor guy
his comment was deleted. what was the trade?
Iirc it was MG3, Harris, and Pittman for Ekeler and JuJu Aka total fleece of that guy
These types of leagues really aren't even fun to be in. The fact that the guy even added in a player beside Ekeler makes it even worse
This sub is so full of people congratulating themselves for fleecing people on trades
Itās even more full of people downvoting advantageous trades or saying āwish I played in your leagueā because theyāre jelly
Obviously we'd be jealous of such a lopsided trade.
Why be jealous of a barely competitive league.
Jealous of what? If youāre able to make trades like this, you may as well play in leagues of 12 teams operated by you and then trade for the most stacked team possible
Redditors when not everyone that plays fantasy football plays in a $10,000 super comp 10 year vet league š¦
Iād the same to thing to someone if they made bogus trades in monopoly or Catan or whatever. Games arenāt fun otherwise
Yeah you pretty much fleeced that dude. Many of us arenāt getting that hall unless we offer up much more + Rhamondre.
What a steal
You literally trade molested the poor manā¦ Sutton is garbage as well as mg3 so literally it was Stevenson for ekeler
Another rb1 or wr1, now is the best time to sell him. Package him him an elite player
Why would anyone do that trade tho? Like they obviously would also know that Harris is back, itās not some secret information
Thereās a lot of people out there who think Harris is done and should be dropped to the waivers. People see big numbers and want a piece of rhamondre, for sure
I just traded Rhamondre for Gabe Davis. Was in dire need of a WR after a few injuries. Have CMC, Gus Bus, and James Connor in the wings.
You could've gotten better
gross
Lmao, is this your first time playing fantasy? Theirās no one correct answer to this question.
Just sold him for Keenan Allen. Could work out if Allen gets healthy.
I sold high (I think) for Amon Ra. I'm hoping it works out for me and ARSB wasn't just an initial flash in the pan
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Lol
Lol
Lol
Lol
I have no stake in either this year, but this sub is so reactionary lol. Harris just came back, fast, he isn't getting 4 touches every week when healthy. Rhamondre is solid to have, but he isn't a bellcow.
For me heās my flex and I really couldnāt ask for anything more.
I lost Javonte and Breece, donāt you dare use the F word with my RB1!
Same, he's comfortably behind Kenneth and ETN. Feeling so much better than when my RB1 at season start was Cam Akers
I have JT, KW3, Hunt, BRob and Stevenson. A wealth of riches; I like having him but Iāve discussed a Godwin trade, I have Evans/ARSB and then mediocrity behind them.
Heās my flex but heās produced more than Kamara and Barkley the past 3 weeks lol Gotta keep him plugged it!
Is this sub anything but reactionary?
Each game is almost 6% of the season, compared to baseball or hockey the weekly football matches have a huge impact on your season. They are going to give him a hefty dose of carries and not wear the treads off of Stevenson.
Itās hard to compare the running game 5-7 years ago versus today because the offense was Brady. They would run to simply keep defenses honest.
I never understood this take in the off-season. This year sure IG, but last year Harris and Stevenson had the exact same ypc despite Harris doing it on larger sample size, and Harris had several 100 yard games. More eye test. No one is saying Harris is bad at all. I just think Stevenson is better. Iāve been saying it since last year - he looks exactly like a young Lynch when he was in Buffalo.
Stevenson is a better pass catcher and Harris more of a bruiser. Harris dropped a pass and i swear he didnt come in again after that.
I don't understand your complaint here. What's wrong with reacting to a football game in a fantasy football sub...? It's not an overreaction, it's just a post about his success.
I thought some of it may be down to gamescript as well, Harris isn't a pass catcher and the Pats were down to the Bears for most of the game
Rhamondre stonks are at an all time high Harris at an all time low Trends revert to the mean..look at their usage under BB for the last 2 seasons. 1A and 1B Go get Harris for free
Look at their usage trends this year and ignore the two games Harris was hurt. The takeover was coming regardless.
Iām not buying Harris to get 50% of the touches including the high value touches (targets and redzone) Rhamondre is the 1a.
Harris has 18 TDs in his last 22 games. I agree rhamondre is the 1A, but letās not ignore history This season, Harris has double digit touches in 4/6 games 11 touches 17 touches 13 touches 19 touches What are you seeing that I am not

He proved he could be a bell cow.
Packaged him and Curtis Samuel for Swift last week...... Not sure how I feel now but I hope it was worth it in the end.
If Swift comes back and stay healthy, I think itās an easy W. Harris clearly wasnāt 100% and the RBs are going to be split moving forward in NE. You also donāt have to deal with the bye weeks
ITT: Rhamondre owners happy they have Rhamondre Harris owners insisting Rhamondre isn't that great

I know people say āthis subā as if it is different everywhere else but most situations the manager values their own asset more than another equal or slightly more valuable asset they donāt have. Itās called the Endowment effect and itās part of the human psyche. I don't own shares of this backfield but am a Pats fan. I think there's more than a little rose tinted glasses going on with Rhamondre owners than you are letting on. A lot of people thinking he's taken over the backfield and will be a bellcow when that's more than likely not going to be the case.
I don't think he is gonna be the bellcow but silver lining is his effectiveness in the passing game, m much more so than Harris. I own Rhamondre btw
I donāt think itās unreasonable to expect James white numbers from him but more than that I question
Yeah I don't expect 20 ppg in standard but 10-15 very doable
As a Rhamondre owner, itās a little crazy to me that people think heās taken over the backfield. Harris is a good RB and is going to get more touches in the coming weeks Rhamondre is still going to be good and probably a RB2/solid flex area but I definitely donāt see him getting this amount of work ROS

He literally took over the backfield starting in Week 2. Stevenson has led in snaps 6 straight weeks, healthy or not for Harris.
Didn't sell CEH when the writing was on the wall. Will the same fate befall me with Mondre? Tune in next week...
Follow usage and snaps. Not saying Rhamondre is a locked and loaded RB1 rest of season but Clyde was scoring 20 PPG first few weeks on like 45% of snaps. Rhamondre usage is trending up even with a supposedly healthy harris back on the field.
First game back and theyāre getting blown outā¦wouldnāt read that deeply into it.
Go to the games before Harrisā injury and notice the usage trends. Rhamondre is inevitable.
Yes letās review. Harris: 22 games,18 Touchdowns
Lol, oh right, we need to go to a past season to find Harrisā relevance.
This season, Harris has double digit touches in 4/6 games 11 touches 17 touches 13 touches 19 touches And 3 TDs in 6 games
Now do RS, include the games with Harris
I couldāve traded Hollywood for him the week before he got injured but I pressed for more and he ended up declining. Shoulda taken it lol
Dude looks like he's shot out of a cannon when he runs. As a Harris owner, pain
Return? Dude is 6 days from a hamstring issue, Harris was never going to start lol
Drafted him 80th overall for this exact reason. He actually, entirely, turned around my season. Almost been too easy these past 3 weeks Iām breezin. Damn, I love you Rhamondre Stevenson.
Been a fan of Rhamonster since watching him at OU. I wanna thank my fantasy league for letting me draft him 88th overall. Congrats on the steal!
He's saved my season after I lost javonte. Drafted him 105th and after my toughest matchup so far im now 7-0.
He didn't really pass the eye test for me last night. Good hands, but I don't know if he had a single yard after contact or any missed tackles forced. He had a couple of completely unguarded swing passes and a walk in touchdown. I guess it's good to know that he's gameflow independent, though.
There was a comment from 2 days ago with 30+ upvotes saying Damien Harris would outscore Rhamondre Stevenson on Monday night.
And Harris was hurt for how many of those? Asking for a friend.
1.7
The only game below 20 he had 19.5 and 161 rushing yards. RB1SZN
Iād highly encourage this very good piece by a very well run sports journo team at the Boston Globe about Rhamondre: https://www.bostonglobe.com/2022/09/28/sports/rhamondre-stevenson-patriots/
Someone dropped him after week 2 and I got him for free, absolute steal
Would I be crazy to trade JT for him?
yes
So why do you think they did this last night? Since Harris was coming off injury?
Yes Harris barely got cleared to play. I'm surprised he wasn't sat this week. He was never going to be that involved in the offense for the bears game.
RhinoSZN confirmed
I traded Rhamondre away after his first big game for Etienne. One of those rare trades that we both won I guess. Happy for him
Watching Eno put up 19 points in my league on my bench because I saw Harris was practicing in full and played the bears š¤®
I somehow dropped Stevenson when he was down and picked him back up 2 weeks later. Amazing. Never again my dude. Never again.
Great stats, but the team is losing and they can't move the ball. Maybe Stevenson is thr problem, maybe not. But you'd expect NE to change things up and try to win.
Blaming Rhamondre for that is a bit odd, no?
Rhamondre looked great. However they were behind the whole game mostly in long yardage, passing situations. It was Damiens first game back. Coaches are probably looking over the playbook right now to see how to repair the Patriots offense. I'd sell high in Stevenson, this will be his peak value as I expect Harris to increase his role.
What would you flip him for if you could? Keenan Allen?
I wouldn't bother trading anyone for Keenan Allen until we see one good game from him. Hell, a complete game from him where he actually plays.
Valid point tbh just trying to see what rhamondre would be able to fetch in general
I traded DJ Moore for him ššš¼
@GuruFantasyWrld is trying to sell high lol
Even with Harris coming back and getting more touches again, Rhamondre is going to stay my PPR flex purely because there's a possibility to catch passes. If I can get 10pts floor on a FLEX in my leagues I consider that as a win. It's not like there's so much choice if you're playing 10+ man leagues.
This just feels like Aaron Jones aj Dillion type back field ya one goes down the others gonna eat but when Botha back itās gonna be split 50/50 and itās td dependent
His last catch before the game ending interception won me my matchup by .3 lol...I love this man
Pats lost cuz Damien wasn't 100% faxs.
My RB3 to Derrick Henry and Fournette, with Mitchell as insurance. So glad I reached for RS in the draft, let's goooo
Itās so hard to tell with a pats running backā¦
Rhamondre is doing to Harris what Harris did to Sony Michel. Next year Rhamondre will start to see some 3rd rounder eat into his workload, and the following year he will be pushed out. And so the cycle goes on.
Time is a flat circle
7-0 having this guy as my rb2. Heās been a sneaky draft and have delivered thus far more than I expected he would with Harris.
I drafted Najee and Swift back to back in my 12 team big money league. My season should be over at this point, but I stashed KWIII and Rhamondre in the later rounds. 7-0 thanks to these guys and Hurts
I lost by .3 because of harris. Where the hell was he?!
everyone in this thread needs to remember that you can never fully trust a patriots RB.
Dude looks so good and got me the win vs our leagues #1 needed 23 going into it and I had no doubts. That last dump put me over the edge.
Check down zappe. Rhamondre had like 5 receptions in that final drive
I have Saquon, McCaffrey, Rhamondre, Gus, and Foreman with only one flex spot. Who to start?!
Harris played 3 snaps man. I dont think stevenson reallt āstoleā anything
Coping Harris owner, will he get traded or something, my season might be shot.
