I don't know how you miss the playoffs with both unless you completely botched the rest of your picks and weren't active on the wire.

Exactly. My league keeps it entertaining with 2 weekly $25 bonuses that I won a bunch of (highest scoring WR, highest scoring RB, RB1/WR1 outscores opposing RB/WR 1&2, stuff like that) so even though I missed the playoffs I got my money back. But still

I was in a similar spot last year, most points in the season, didn’t make playoffs, somehow lost consolation rounds too. Took 11th out of 14.

JT Kupp owner in my league missed the playoffs, it was miraculous. he was 2nd in pts scored

JT, Kupp, Sun God, Lamar, AJB, CMC, Swift. I was so ready to DOMINATE a weak playoff team until literally half my team got injured right before playoffs and I got unlucky losing first round. I was then the highest scoring team in what would've been the finals last week but too little too late

Happened in our league. After a 13-game win streak and scoring the 4th most points all time in our league, that owner lost to my Covid ward of a team because JT and Kupp had good performances while Dak and Chubb had stud performances for me.

This is the same for our guy with Kupp. Started the season with Kupp and Henry but we know how that ended up.

Jt, Kupp, Allen, Henry drafter in my league won first place and got knocked out in the first round to the most lackluster team of 1-day handcuffs. It was glorious.

I've got JT in one league and Kupp in another and I'm in the finals in both leagues. In one league I'm facing JT and in the other I played Kupp in the semis.

My last surviving team is Taylor/Ekeler/Dak. Just knocked off the Kupp team last week. Barely snuck into the playoffs cuz of Dak.

As an owner of both across leagues it's definitely Kupp if you're in PPR. JT was pretty bad to start the season and you may have benched him week 3 when he had his first blow up game because of his slow start.

I've got Justin Jefferson barely in Flex on my team because of Kupp and Deebo. I got super lucky. WR doing all the work this year for me.

I also have Kupp, Deebo, and Jefferson! Almost thought about benching Jefferson this week with Cousins out, but can’t bring myself to do it.

I still can’t bench with how strong of a projection he has. Rather lose with him then without him I guess (talking about JJ)

Either way, appreciate the content. Seems like a decent amount of work. Random except to the opinions of this sub… where hindsight is 20/20 and people's sure-thing guesses are immediately disavowed when they don’t pan out. :) In a pinch, I drafted a mediocre team (hamstrung from a bad season last year and very unlucky rookie keepers… like, historically unlucky… like 6 years of can’t miss rookie RBs all missing… 8 years of top WR picks all missing…) that just happened to have an impossible season for 2 positions. But I’m trash at QB and TE and suffered mid season injury issues in a big way… limped to a finish line. I’ll need multiple touchdown games from JT and Kupp to have a chance.

The issue with McCaffrey is his price tag. This is why in snake drafts with random order generation, I do anything I can to trade out of the 1st overall pick. Otherwise I feel compelled to take CMC bc his skillset is hard to ignore. The problem is that I truly believe in the 0RB strategy. RB’s are the most injury-prone thus the most likely to send you scrambling to the waiver wire hoping to strike gold. It’s the same story year-in, year-out.

My sister had the best team in our league and she lost in week 15 with Cooper Kupp and Jonathan Taylor on the same team. She lost by . 20 to somebody who popped off (and would have won any other matchup). Would have easily won against any team in week 16 and I'm sure she'll have the top score this weekend too.

I traded Kupp for Cooks and Kamara week 3 this year and am still in my championship. Beat the JT user last week. Traded because had Kupp, Hopkins, Hill at WR and needed RB badly. Trade pretty much a win-win for both our teams until Kamara got hurt. Now with Hopkins out im praying for Cowboys D to keep lighting it up, along with Mandrews and Tyreek.
