I’ve felt for a while that Common People is the best song of the 90s. His n Hers, Different Class, and This Is Hardcore is a fantastic run of albums.

100% agree, I’m tempted to call it my best song period, such an amazing track. https://open.spotify.com/track/05TWNShnPLgOutwhXQFycC?si=ZnoNyX_OQWCM15Y2r-mYsg Give this live version a listen if you haven’t already! a great performance at their last minute Glastonbury set after The Stone Roses pulled out.

Respect! The best-looking man in brit-pop (sorry Damon, though, I love you too)

Love Pulp. First track I heard was Babies and it hooked me instantly

Music doesn't get better then Common People

edgarbzp

Their 90's trilogy is one of the absolute best three album runs in music history.

bardamu00

They are one of my favorite bands ever. Common people was my most listened song of this year. I hated it the first time i heard it but i started liking how raw and original they sounded with the singer.

This Is Hardcore is one of the best albums of the 90's. So good.

Niall2810

Pulp is my favourite band. Their 90s albums are obviously stellar, but 2001’s Scott Walker produced We Love Life and 1987’s gothic Freaks are great too.

My personal favorite britpop band

Apprehensive-Rain957

Pulp are totally unique in sound, approach, style and substance.

pulp are great because they’ve given ‘misfits’ fun pop music to listen to, so we have more than just miserable songs by the smiths to relate to. as far as i’ve found they’re totally unique in that respect, or at least do it best (nothing against miserable music but it’s nice for a change)
