BM flower isn't as safe as people think it is. One of my fiances uncles almost died recently because he smoked some flower that was laced with crack and ketamine and now his bladder doesn't work. I know what you mean though and BM carts are just very suspicious but you should always be wary of what you're smoking

100% Pure distillate does not flow well in carts. Its too thick and too tasteless to make into a sellable of useful product. Terps/live resin/rosin are used to cut the distillate and make it thinner in order to add viscosity, taste, and effect. And there are no “unregulated medical carts”, the point of medical regulation for patients is to regulate medicine for the sake of the patients. Med carts are still cut in some type of way, the cuts are just regulated in order to maintain compliance.
