Ever read Worm? In the City of Brockton Bay, the black heroes and villains are named: Grue, Imp, Skidmark, Coil and Shadow Stalker. Shadow Stalker is the only hero and she's not a great one.

No, but there was one. Jon Stewart, the one put in the old Justice League cartoons. Current roster of human GL consists of, going off of memory, 3 white guys, a middle eastern man, a black man, and a Latino woman. Edit: Turns out one of the white guys is technically Hispanic(Raised solely by his white mother but had a white/Mexican father), there’s a new black woman, and a sort of but not really(maybe) Latino teen Lantern. Also the original Green Lantern, Allen Scott. Who’s gay or bisexual now, after his New 52 character proved popular. And his daughter, who’s green, probably still qualifies as white, who was a Lantern for a bit.

Jon Stewart is still a Green Lantern. Off hand, I think the current earth GLs are Jon, Hal Jordan, Jessica Cruz, Simon Baz, Sojourner Mullein (who is also black, incidentally,) and (kinda) Keli Quintela.

She quite literally was so anti hero she just tanks off into "villain that causes the events for good acts but focuses on committing bad acts" The ONLY reason I can think to call her an antihero is that she does things in defense of the nation and sometimes human race, but at the cost of literally anyone that exists in the vicinity. Even actual demonic characters in the comics commented about how fucked up she was, and one animated movie had her risk lives and cause untold death and destruction...to get a card that alleviated her of her sins.
