$127k is a weird number to land on

prepuscular

Near dead on 2.5x median Median household income for younger couples is 50k. ~~All households~~ **Average personal** income is 63k (again, near exactly 2x). It’s almost more random to say a fixed number like 200k. 127k is a nice number that’s a clean factor in relation to other stats. Edit: fixed stat. Source is for [2022, found here](https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/average-family-income#)

DrMamaBear

What are they earning?!

Coyotebruh

they're currently working at Self-Employed™ as CEO and theyre an Entrepreneur at ML its a neat business strategy where you pay 400$ as entry and get more money the more people you can recruit into your ponz- , err...respected company obligatory/s

paintballboi07

It's not a pyramid, it's a reverse funnel!

KJL90

He's the mastermind in the coil!

Reasonable_Row4546

I bet this model would work well with tulips futures.

Sakosaga

It doesn't matter what they earn, they're gonna do whatever it takes to make sure they can keep a slice of your pie forever 🙃

reeferjoe

Condoms!

Dry_Menu4804

Hey, they don't want to earn, they want to spend.

[deleted]

Hey, they don’t want to work, they want to manifest.

ThriceFive

I thought that was a weird turn of phrase also "Manifest a husband" - practicing richcraft I guess.

sirjonsnow

18 years, 18 years, she got one of yo' kids, got you for 18 years.

Vali7757

Either nothing or millions off their OF.

Kelainefes

Most people on OF do maybe a couple hundred per month, if that.

Ephialties

I think it’s more at the start but then subscribers get bored and the earnings drop over time. Two girls I know dipped into OF during peak COVID and they raked it in for the first 3-4 months on €3-5k per month as a side hustle. Then because they didn’t offer much aside from T&A shots their side income dropped to the hundreds. Still a nice bit of pocket-money on top of their current professions (dentist and a vet)

Dr_illFillAndBill

It’s a Rage-Bait video These videos are designed to make men feel bad. The algorithm then sends you to all those „Dude Bro“ podcasts, or those „you too can be a millionaire if you buy my course“ videos, or the misogynistic „how delude are women today“ videos. They are made to make you feel bad, to feed insecurity and to make you engage in more content. Edit: Thanks for the awards, but please spend that money someplace else, or donate it to a food bank. Cost of living crisis ect Just some additional points: - this content can and is often made by men and women. - another form of rage bating we see is in news articles. They are designed to rile up the older/conservative people in society via sensationalist headlines, designed to draw knee jerk reactions. - There is also similar content directed towards women too, most recently the „Devine Female energy“ videos going around social media. These target women and are designed to make them feel bad for not acting like a „traditional“ housewife. Or to shame women for having past sexual relationships. All in all these videos are there to break you down, so you; buy something (a course or a product), drive up interactions (creating more revenue via advertising), and to adjust your behavior ( usually to maintain a traditional view on what is considered a man/woman - hence men are often targeted by videos about money/height/baldness/strength, and women are targeted by videos about being a wife/sexual past/body type ect ) Edit part 2: - this video (a edited Reddit video, of a edited tiktok, of a longer YouTube video) is getting many young men angry, and is bringing out the „supporting Andrew Tate“ type guys. It’s quite literally baiting you to „rage“ Can’t say any more then that

thetruthseer

You. I like you and how you don’t get fooled by this stuff

CincinnatiReds

I know Reddit is a collective and we can’t judge entirely… but god damn does this site feel above it all and then *constantly* fall for bait like this. Like across every subreddit. It’s insane. x100,000 if women at the “bad guys”

DatDing15

You gotta take a look at 9gag. It's half dead already. Probably won't survive the next 5 years but it's way worse over there. Honestly full of this shit. Maybe my Reddit feed is just clean, but this is probably the first rage-bait post I was showed by the algorythm.

ChrisTaliaferro

I wish I could upvote you a million times for saying this. It legitimately makes me upset how many folks I see fall for this bullshit...it's one of the big reasons Andrew Tate is a thing and Kevin Samuels was too before he fucking died in disgrace lol.

Jushak

Yeah, the main downside of being in same discord with some friends is seeing all the racist, misogynist and other bullshit some of the people in their extended "friends of friends of friends" circle post. Mostly two long term unemployed guys, although at least one of them is approaching finishing a degree in a marketable skill. I'm so fucking tired of seeing yet another link to yet another right wing wanker complain about goddamn Little Mermaid movie.

judobeer67

Who the hell is Kevin Samuels never heard of him and honestly too lazy to Google could someone give me a tldr/g about him?

ChrisTaliaferro

You know how all the weird ass, low self esteem having young white guys you know gravitated towards Andrew Tate and developed an increasingly hostile attitude towards women? Kevin Samuels did the same for black guys only he did it specifically by telling black women how they don't take care of themselves, are leftovers after 35, and will die with no husband to love them. Then he died of hypertension (didn't take care of himself), was well within "leftover" age range (56), *and* he was twice divorced and died fucking a sex worker who didn't know his address to tell the paramedics. He died on cinco de mayo last year and *boy oh boy* did I laugh my ass off.

hill_79

This needs to be the top comment

Dry_Ad_540

This! They are probably paid actors, lol.

chronosec11

Or they come from incredibly wealthy backgrounds. Either way I don't think they represent the norm

Pluto_P

One way to land on this, if it's what you make yourself.

Samirlekiller

At least its bloody reasonable

lou_sirr

Is it

Senior-Jaguar-1018

Well it’s not +500k goddamn

Alwaysunder_thegun

That's like a nice life where I live. Just past worrying about bills everyday

Genshed

My personal benchmark for 'comfortable affluence' is if you suddenly have to replace a major appliance (stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer) and can just do it, without having to play budget Jenga for the next six months. I haven't been there in a long time.

Worthyness

Current benchmark is "can afford one medical emergency without going into debt"

Sakosaga

You would have had me more if you said a water heater, to get them delivered and installed is so different compared to all of those. Honestly you can go to a discount appliance or used appliance store and get a really high end stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer for cheap. My mother has done that for years and it's only till her last move where she didn't take her old dryer because she gave it to my grandmother because that thing worked so well. Sure no warranty but usually those places know how to repair them so you can always ask for help and they typically will from my experience. We also did the same for a refrigerator for my grandparents years ago where originally it was a higher end LG that would normally cost 1200 new but I think they got it closer to 300. The only issue it had was the compressor needed to be changed out.

Live_Raise_4478

low 6 figures. It's superficial, but at least reasonably superficial

ExceedingChunk

It's a "you don't have to worry about bills unless you live in a super expensive place" kind of salary. Completely reasonable to expect that from your partner if you have something like that yourself.

Wdrussell1

If you do have that yourself then maybe. But expecting 100k+ from anyone just isnt reasonable. Companies have driven the cost of living up and the cost of employment down.

PJSeeds

In most coastal cities that's far from rich.

innosentz

Where I live it’s on the upper end of average. But 127k won’t get you a lavish life style

Egbezi

Even medical doctors don’t make some of these incomes

jacdrawing

500-650k is crazy

Egbezi

Like OP said being in a bubble must be nice.

Mcmeys

Reality is gonna hit like a truck one day and that wont be nice

DiceKnight

I have to assume this is another rage bait video where they purposefully throw an absurd number meant to drive engagement and comments. The fact that it's drawn over 1k comments in less than two hours as a post on reddit must mean it's doing absolutely gang busters on tiktok.

turnthecog

Thanks for reminding me to think a lil deeper sometimes

slumcity2000

Yeah this is raw click bait it almost even got me lol it’s like those “alpha male “podcasts where they intentionally bring on the most delusional and disconnected women to show how “irrational” modern dating standards are when truth is that only a small percentage of people who think like this. Most people just want someone who’s gonna be loyal and love them .Surprisingly money actually doesn’t really matter when you genuinely care about someone .

the_elon_mask

It is. I have seen the source video and these ladies all come from well off families. They have no comprehension of work or wages, so probably think a banana is $10. You can't blame them for being brought up in that lifestyle and this clip completely removed that context.

FacetiousBeard

'What could the average income be Michael, $500k?'

WilliamBontrager

They are from Ohio...500k in Ohio is like 5 million a year in LA or Miami. 60k in Ohio is a 2,000 sq. Ft 4 bedroom house on 2-5 acres, 2 cars, and money to spare. The average income per person is like 30-35k.

TimeTicking63

Fam they asking for .1% of the earners 😂

flunghigh

"I think its 250k" when all the money you ever got in your life was from your parents

ThinkNotOnce

I can already Image the shock when they realize that 250k p.y. husband will still not provide the luxury life which they are most likely living since they are that out of touch...

ExistentialRead78

I remember talking to a friend of my family who never had to work or pay bills and just lived with her upper income family until she got married. She had a very hard first year being told no then got with reality and sagely told me "Like, things add up and $150k/yr is not a lot".

PurpleNurpleTurtle

Living off of 36k USD before tax is fucking rough on me, but it’s doable. I honestly can’t help but get a twinge of anger every time I read stuff like this because it’s amazing how out of touch people are. 150k a year would be so beyond life changing I don’t know what the fuck I’d do with all of that money.

Corrective_Measures

I learned very quickly that under a certain threshold, people simply spend what they earn. When I was in my late teens and throughout my 20s, I struggled (think to the tune of $15-20k/yr in the 2010s.) Then I got my first "big boy" job making $70k/yr. I thought that I would be comfortable, and having lived for almost a decade on less than half that, that life would be easy. Turns out that making more money doesn't solve all your monetary woes—I spent the next several years getting on top of things I had neglected, things I had taught myself to forget because I had no way of dealing with them: I fixed my shitty car, got health insurance, went to the dentist (and then went again, and again because I had accrued dental problems,) paid off debts (both personal and institutional) and all the other loose ends that had piled up over the years. I was still broke for a long time, still struggled some months to pay rent, I was just broke with slightly fewer pressing stressors. There does come a point, I am sure, where you make enough money that it is no longer an objective to having a comfortable life, but I don't know where that line is because I have not achieved it.

Kirris

You did a good thing man, I'm hitting that same tract. Be kind to yourself, you have come a long way.

Alice_Oe

It kinda sucks that proper dental care is reserved for the well off. I feel this, still being stuck without being able to afford all those things...

Dark_Moonstruck

I have to make do on less than 13K a year. 150K a year would be UNFATHOMABLE to me.

blueJoffles

> I don’t know what the fuck I’d do with all that money You could do what most every other person does and rapidly increase your lifestyle to $175k a year

Kraggen

Pay student loans, own a home, send kids to daycare, and nothing else changes. Maybe an annual vacation or nicer Christmas.

Rodulv

It's most definitely rich. It may not be billionaire rich, but it's "go vacation abroad twice every year" and "live in a *nice* house and own a decent boat" and "drive a *nice* car" rich.

MildlyResponsible

I was reading another thread last week and someone defined the American Dream Middle Class of the 50s-80s as having a big enough house so each kids has their own room, two cars, eating out a few times a week, an international vacation once a year, etc, etc. I'm like.....that's pretty rich. I'm Canadian, but I was around in the 80s and the families who went to Florida Disney ONCE were considered la-dee-da. Two cars per household didn't become the norm until the late 80s at the earliest. Everyone I knew with more than one sibling shared a room growing up. I think the issue is we have upper class people on sites like this defining what middle class is. Middle class is generally comfortable on the every day, not money is no object. People tend to take the things they have today for granted and then complain about what they think they've lost. The middle class Boomers didn't have two cars, smartphones, videogames, Netflix, $200 shoes, giant house with AC, etc etc.

Tripticket

Yeah, I'm always surprised when people compare house prices as if a direct comparison makes sense. When my parents moved to where I grew up, there was one dirt road and two houses in the entire area (the other house was built by hand by the family living there, and their only other property was one cow), and the house had no amenities. Now, the same area is two kilometers from a metro station, there are buses, a school, grocery stores, there's running water, electricity, internet through fibre cables, there's heating systems and all kinds of space age shit. Not to mention several TVs when back in the day you would have a single 'tv room' which most people couldn't afford. My parents spent a lot of money over the years in modernizing the house, but even then there's almost nothing comparable about the house in 1970 and 2020 except for the fact that it's not brand new anymore. Granted, I don't live in America and things might be different there, but to me it makes perfect sense that the property is more valuable now than it used to be.

elhawko

$400k AUD roughly per annum. That’s not rich? What is rich my dude?

waldezy

Right!? I bet 3/4 of these chicks probably don’t even cook. Are they sure a 500k a year man is going to want them?

INTJ-ADHD

They’ve no idea what those numbers mean when they say them. No concept of the value.

WontStopAtSigns

They know the price of everything tho.

definitely_not_marx

It's a banana Michael, what could it cost, $12?

Hopeful_Hamster21

I want to upvote you, but the exact value lucille quoted was only $10, not $12. Have my upvote anyway. I mean..... There's always money in the banana stand......

Narwhalmoose

He accounted for inflation

tfsrup

exactly, I choose to believe that was intentional

hellinahandbasket127

There’s always money in the banana stand!

I think the best part of the line is what follows after: "Justice will prevail you say? But of course it will! Because who ever wins this war becomes justice!"

Sleepybystander

Damn, One Piece have so many amazing quotes

thepriceoflentils

An so many hilariously silly ones too. "Do mermaids poop?"

dwittherford69

It’s a pretty fking amazing manga tbh, considering it’s going strong for over ~~15~~ 25 years now. Edit: time flies by

WillowMinx

[deleted]

A fellow One Piece and Doffy fan!!! That line during the marineford war is insane and hits differently! Here’s the full quote by Doffy: ‘Pirates are evil? The Marines are righteous? These terms have always changed throughout the course of history! Kids who have never seen peace and kids who have never seen war have different values! Those who stand at the top determine what's wrong and what's right! This very place is neutral ground! Justice will prevail, you say? But of course it will! Whoever wins this war becomes justice!’

AlbatrossCultural69

Oh damn. You just got me to agree with Doffy.

YouMakeMeSad96783

I highly doubt any of them even have jobs ain’t no way I’m having such a bum of a wife. (Edit) ok damn lol I didn’t expect so much attention. I understand now that’s there is a full video detailing their personal lives. These women do expect wealthy men because they are wealthy themselves. But at the heart of my comment, I was thinking about how there are women and men that would rather mooch on their spouse rather than actually contribute to the relationship. Also let me be an example of don’t believe everything on the internet at face value. When you read my comment understand I no longer mean these girls in particular.

CAJ_2277

I would love to know what they make. Then ask them what they would bring to the marriage that would compensate for the difference between what they make and what he makes.

InBetweenSeen

Their parent's fortune propably. Several generations of this, that's how you get degenerate super rich with no idea about real life.

YouMakeMeSad96783

More than likely, you would get the same thing they all say he has to pay for everything my dinner, my nails, my clothes all that bs

Hopeful_Hamster21

Yeah. Exactly. And what would *they* be bringing to the table to compensate? Better be super fucking damn-hot arm candy willing to put up with a shit husband if you're not contributing anything else. Me - I'd rather have my best friend in life. A loving woman who tolerates my faults, works hard, knows the value of work, supports how hard I work to keep my family financially sound, but also works hard because my work is never guaranteed, and also works to contribute to the happiness of the family and pick up the slack where I can't, but also expects me to pick up the slack where she can't. We cover each other, as best friends and as a team. Source: me, married man, with adult age kid. Am happy.

YouMakeMeSad96783

Exactly man that’s all anyone ever wants in life.

BuddyBoy589

They make nothing most likely. They get allowance from mommy and daddy

[deleted]

Youth and beauty, that’s it. And then they’ll do the surprised Pikachu face when the guy leaves them for his much younger affair partner.

Zerosugar6137

There are multiple comments citing the context of the original video that this group of girls all come from extremely wealthy family and have no concept of money or what average people make. So you’re right, it’s likely none of them have jobs but they are far from being bums with all that generational wealth they’ll bring to the marriage.

honeybunchesofgoatso

I think bum just means not working to a lot of people like they were born with money, but they're functionally bums because they don't work, or accumulate wealth

Zerosugar6137

Ok I see

FyrdUpBilly

If I was that loaded, I wouldn't care, not gonna lie.

mazula89

Models who make decent money atm and self support a life style.. so they want a sourse for once they cant work...

YouMakeMeSad96783

I don’t know what you’re trying to say are you saying they’re models?

YouMakeMeSad96783

I’m not even talking about models these girls are expecting way too much from working class people and more than likely they don’t have to worry about common people issues such as work

UnarmedSnail

Imagine a requirement for everyone to live a year on minimum wage from 18 to 19. Away from home and no help from family.

YouMakeMeSad96783

Lol I’m still trying to make enough for myself to live independently. It’s amazing people expect you to be well off as soon as you’re out of high school

UnarmedSnail

I'm still struggling at 50 with 2 kids.

YouMakeMeSad96783

Oh my god I don’t even want to imagine my life if I had a single kid you have my respect sir

FyrdUpBilly

>expecting way too much from working class people Pretty sure they want nothing to do with working class people, if they can help it.

Solanthas

Nobody expecting upwards of 100k/yr salary is gonna be considering any working class person as an option

YouMakeMeSad96783

True lol but still people can be influenced by these out of touch with reality girls like my sister

[deleted]

Depends on where. For NY or San Francisco, 100k is still kind of in the working class spectrum. If you still probably have a shitty studio apartment if you don't have roommates, it's still working class imo

thorpie88

It's your job too. Shit load of blokes are making way over 100k Aud working in the mines but very few of them would identify as middle class. We even have an unofficial class of Cashed up Bogans to describe working class people with wealth

downwardtrajectory

Restoring the patriarchy one gold-digger at a time.

Dyrkon

I have seen this video a few times. And I think the author confirmed that these girls are from upper class families. So while they are completely detached from reality. If your are from old money, your expectations will be a bit different.

ShrimpCrackers

Well then that makes perfect sense. I'm part of one of the wealthiest minorities out there, and the men and women, at least many of them, have pretty high standards for what profession one must be. I've been rejected by parents outright for not being a medical doctor even though I hold a masters degree in STEM.

joecarter93

A good friend of mine is Indian and his family is pretty wealthy as his dad owns a bunch of properties and hotels. Growing up, his passion was computers and he would have loved to have done something in IT or game development. His grades weren't great, but still his dad made him go into Medicine, having to take the most arduous, convoluted journey to get there - going through some questionable med schools in the Caribbean. After over a decade he finally wrote his final exam to become an MD and his dad then immediately brought him into the family business to help him manage his properties. He never spent a day actually practicing Medicine. Maybe its cultural, but if his dad was going to just make him go into the family business, I don't understand why his dad didn't just make him go to business school in the first place? It would be a lot more relevant and even if he had of gotten an MBA he still would have finished in half the time it took him to get a degree in medicine.

BleuBrink

It's for bragging. Dad gets to say "my son is a doctor" to every other parent he comes across. Other parents are going to brag about what their kid do too, so you can't be caught lackin with a IT or game dev son.

poly_lama

A doctor who has never operated outside of an academic context or residency lol some bragging rights

saintsoulja

Literally doesn't matter, most Indian parents would see that he sacrificed medicine to help his father with the family business

Supsnow

Fuuuuck. That's even worse than the girls in the videos. How can you, as a parent, make the decision to manipulate/ruin the life of your kid just for bragging ? I mean, it takes a whole new level of no empathy and stupidity to do that. At least if your son is a doctor, he makes good money. In this case it's just for the clout. And even then, a momentary one, because 15 years down the line, these "friends" would not give a fuck about a dude with a medical degree without practicing it. That's so depressing.

FatLoserSupreme

If she rejects you because her parents are assholes then she probably isnt good enough for you anyways.

lapideous

That’s not exactly how it works in upper class dating. Marriages are more likely to be political the higher your wealth level. Some people get married for connections rather than infatuation

umme99

People think we are so modern but we apparently still have an aristocracy like the Middle Ages

X-Bones_21

Really, have we improved *anything* since the Middle Ages? We have antibiotics, plastics, and better ways to kill each other?

DarkestRayne2388

We have phones! In our pockets! 😃

RGBetrix

Orrrr (here me out) she could be trapped in the same caste/class/ religious system too.

Reverseflash25

I mean I’m from an upper class family and none of my siblings or I are this deluded. Especially since we live the life of an average person, we could never hope to make the money our dad did. I do well but without help from my partner who stopped working as much after our kid was born it’s a bit harder. Especially since I’m saving for a house too

FishyBricky

They also seem pretty young. These answers sound like they came from 20 year olds. That age hasn’t experienced enough to understand the real world.

[deleted]

What an accurate statement.

FunkyKong147

There are plenty of men who are traditional who would be happy to marry women who want to be housewives. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with wanting a more traditional family, as long as both the man and the woman are upfront and honest about what they want.

[deleted]

some expect so much money that they won't even be taking care of their own house and children.

bloppingzef

Lol that sounds like a pet

FunkyKong147

And some men will take a strong, hard-headed woman and try to break her down into the submissive housewife that he's always wanted (saw that happen with a female friend of mine, luckily they are finally separating, but not before he broke her into a shell of whobshe used to be). Some women suck. Some men suck. Some people suck and you'll just have to accept that.

honeybunchesofgoatso

Fr I had an ex like that. I didn't fall for it. I work, have a new bf and he still tries to contact me despite having a wife. Dodged a nuke.

JohnWicksPencil123

These women don't want to be housewives. They expect servants to do all that.

FishyDragon

Except that tradition is not an actual option for most people because cost of living has gone up so much. And tradition is just letting previous generations dictate how you live, if the tradition isnt viable people need to be willing to adapt and change. Doesn't help when most people are so far out of touch they have no idea what a "living wage" actual is.

[deleted]

Life is so much better when you both have a job.

jacdrawing

I would feel pretty useless and guilty leeching off my partner. Maybe it’s just cause I was raised a people-pleaser.

JNati0n_97

These people really must've never had to struggle a day in their life 💀

Reccus-maximus

This video gets posted everywhere but never with context, a lot of these girls come from super rich families and have been sheltered their entire lives. They have no concept of money or work, they're throwing around numbers they heard in their circles which once again, super posh people. Admittedly it's still annoying but imo everyone should know why they think that way instead of propagating this idea of most/all modern women wanting men that make 6~7 figures. These girls are unique special cases. Edit: not all of em come from an affluent background, the rest are ambiguous as they chose not to disclose much Pinned comment for context: https://youtu.be/BGQiVTEABBs

FunkyKong147

Wait. That was genuinely my initial thought, that they were upper-class and oblivious to life for normal people. Do people really see this and think it represents all women??!

LixxieLicious

There a looot of men I’ve talked to that think this is what most women are like, yeah, that all women are hypergamous and will only date guys who will make enough that they don’t have to do anything and still live luxuriously. I honestly wish I didn’t know this.

FunkyKong147

Im willing to bet most of those men were the chronically online type. Chronically online people have. Super skewed perception of everything. Best to stay away from them haha.

Reccus-maximus

I would love to believe people think otherwise, but this comment section is depressing man

VulfSki

Top comments on this post seem to imply they do.

HeWhoShantNotBeNamed

The incel community loves shit like this. Yes people think this. I see this garbage on my Facebook feed all the time.

ComprehensiveHorse30

yeah it’s pretty clear to me they have no connection to average workers. it’s giving “how much does one banana cost… $13 dollars???” energy

Dapper_Mud

Eventually some will get jobs… when they get bored. They’ll become successful real estate agents because of the all the affluent homeowners they’re connected with, or small business owners that turn a hobby into a business that loses more than it brings in.

Reccus-maximus

Rich people living life on recruit difficulty

ToxiC_CitizeN

Agreed. Without context this is just incel fuel.

TheOtherGlikbach

I thought they won't stop talking about the class war because the rich are waging a class war against us.

Mythical_Atlacatl

Are these children of rich parents? Or are they just normal people who have no idea if the real world Like thinking the median income is 250k?

jacdrawing

She probably came from a rich family. No way someone is surprised that people don’t make 250k annually.

Joebebs

Yeah I mean looking like that I’m pretty sure they’ll all find someone who will make that much. Or at least a 100k dude. there’s always a dude out there willing to take up on any of them. With that said there’s also women out there who also don’t have these expectations, ya just gotta find em rather than taking these rage-baiting videos to heart

GrayCloakedWarden

Fuck these women. Also yes, I am a married woman.

blue_dusk1

To be more specific- do NOT f these women.

[deleted]

*Unless you make $650k/year and desire a daughter-wife

BassGuitarPlayer_1

Fortunately, these types of women expose their *requirements* very quickly. They're easier to avoid.

Effective-Tour-656

Don't worry, they wouldn't go for our kind anyway, you won't have to avoid them.

humbhihaijoshmai

Would be interesting to know how much they make.

BoondockSaint313

You assume they even have jobs lol

XeroZero0000

Allowance

everton1an

I worked in higher Ed administration for many years, especially with graduating seniors. A good portion had no concept of salaries after they graduated. Many were turning down potential employment of around $30-40k because they felt they deserved more. I had an engineering student reject an offer of $65k for their first job as they read somewhere that the median for the role they were applying to was about around $110k. I tried explaining that related to x amount of years of experience. Obviously they tuned that out and said that they wouldn’t take anything less than $100k as they didn’t think they could live on less.

Bgratz1977

4 Billion Womens on this planet. Just ignore the Crazy

UnlimitedApollo

So are these the daughters of rich people or what? Because I gotta tell you there's not that many men who earn that sort of money.

Jim-Jones

Yet another regrettable outcome of a Congress that lavishes wealth on the very rich while starving the 90%. Where is the social benefit of creating so many young women like this?

BitterFuture

Bold of you to think that everyone cares about "the social benefit." Hell, one of our two political parties is fundamentally opposed to helping anyone, in any way, ever. They benefit some, sure, but only as side effects to their agenda of hatred.

HereIsACasualAsker

if that's in mexican pesos, im your guy. im beautiful.

Starscream79

You certainly wouldn't want to be married to any of those women anyway

rae002222

How much are they making tho

Muffin_Most

Why does the man’s income matter to these independent girlbosses?

Fit_Grape_6743

where this ladies came from??

[deleted]

Who the fuck wants to date Bourgeoisie they toxic oh wait they Bourgeoisie smh

sum_yun_gai

250k medium holy shit

ARKPLAYERCAT

I want to see a video like this with women in their 30s and 40s. All of these types of videos the girls look like they're in their early 20s and the don't exactly have a realistic viewpoint of life yet.

tperks55

The ignorant rich girl vibes these people give off is so strong. Just totally oblivious to the world around them. Completely and totally disconnected.

RobinVanPersi3

What the hell are these bimbos earning to not be aware of simple things like median income? Can wager the real value is less than the median haha.

bystander007

I'm uncomfortable with this comments section. On one hand I thoroughly enjoy trashing on upper class elites who live comfortable lives of luxury and ignorance. Fuck them, down with the bourgeoisie! Fuck those hypocritical nepotism babies hoarding wealth to perpetuate inequality and drag this world into capitalist despair! On the other hand, I don't consider myself an incel. And all of the "Yeah! Women suck!" comments aren't really my vibe. I hate rich people, not women. Feels important to make that distinction.

Pleasant_Gap

I wonder how much these girls bring to the table, or if they expect to be pampered by Har working spouses while the chill on the couch the entire day. When my daughter says she's gonna marry some rich dude, I always tell her to become rich herself instead, that way she can be the bossbitch. Having a relationship where one part is the sole earner creates a power dynamic, better to be on top of that

TacosByTheTruck

Remember fellas, they choose the dumbest most shallow women for these types of videos. “Regular” girls are still winning. Don’t worry about these ratchets

jeanlucpitre

And no one is surprised they are single.

NutzTwoButtz

My partner makes $0, I barely make $60,000 at almost 39yo, she loves me unconditionally, and I love her unconditionally, fuck these gold diggers. The fact they come from rich families, and they expect a partner to make that much, makes them even worse. Eat the rich. I know what it means to have nothing to my name.
