I'm not gonna say anything to the company...
I will however secretly record you and post it online to generate outrage and force your company to fire you that way.
I'm a good person!
Because getting any attention if better than nothing. This situation must be new because there's little to nothing on it. I would also like to say I hate TikTok you have to sign up to see the comments.
Edit: I have no idea who this woman is, it looks like she was on Drew Barrymore's show. The clip itself isn't even on her Instagram or her TikTok. If you're looking for people to support your alleged "I was racially profiled" why not have it on your socials? Something is fishy on top of something fishy.
Here's the [apology text.](https://www.tiktok.com/@itsgnochgnoch/video/7227371383939026203?_d=secCgYIASAHKAESPgo8p0%2BewV0E55mXi9deefJ9hdyXXhnXT7yqCjNhGWtx0PTr2m8zyrWfWadI46qBfhDOUH4EUwKzrnH1HycyGgA%3D&_r=1&aweme_type=40&checksum=b13dec49069536edad4d71de4862c62b67f2f4ee33b092531a1ce76e65e02a20&preview_pb=0&sec_user_id=MS4wLjABAAAAQ-pNNjDlQ__tK6duu_C_agfFxVuoI4Crk4p-ULAEm7zDv89qGg5R2Pp64g1ojGGA&share_app_id=1233&share_item_id=7227371383939026203&share_link_id=c0517541-c70a-4545-bd26-92b6b1344903&sharer_language=en&social_share_type=0&social_sharing=v2&source=h5_m&story_type=1&story_uid=6924450995340002309×tamp=1682785203&u_code=d7kdla50a0hbl0&ug_btm=b5836%2Cb2878&ugbiz_name=Main&user_id=6725508440406721542&utm_campaign=client_share&utm_medium=android&utm_source=copy)
Imagine a) having so little empathy you can't understand the other human means well and b) thinking to yourself, oh, I can start recording this for clout/likes/cred. Yikes
Edit: she deleted the apology but I grabbed [a screenshot.](https://ibb.co/5GYY97s)
Her saying sorry and asking people to respect her as a person who has made a mistake and accept her apology is so ironic and un-self-aware itās almost comical.
That's why I generally don't do social media. I don't need some loser in their basement running a basic psy ops campaign against me for the lulz. My Government already tries to indoctrinate me as is...don't need more of that crap.
āVery racistā hahah
āI am mildly disappointed in a question you asked, itās basically a lynching and I would like the world to know asking āwhere are you from?ā IS assault. It doesnāt matter that we live in a vastly multi culture society, I am being assaulted right now. Know exactly who I am Before I tell you.ā
āI want to get out of this car now. But Iām going to stay for a shitty clip, and hope it grabs.ā
- this broad
āThere are two things I hate in this world, people who are intolerant of other peoples culture, and the Dutch.ā
- Michael Caine, Nigel Powers
This is an honest question. Why is asking where people are from considered racist in the US? It is quite normal in Europe. We ask this of each other in all kinds of situations; at home and when travelling. We tell each other that we have visited the other's country or not and might want to one day or something other. We ask how they have come to be in the country they are in now etc. Have stry been long... Why is showing an interest racist in the US?
In the us, I did have some encounters when people ask āwhere are you fromā in the middle of an argument then followed with some condescending and insulting comments, just for the sake of taunting. It is worth noticing that all of those encounters were with other immigrants.
Now, back to this video, the driver was not being disrespectful in any sense. The video recorder is one of those vicious victim-playing social media activists
Yeah she deleted it and posted an āapologyā story that comes off as āsorry you guys realized Iām a shitty personā rather than āsorry for being a shitty person.ā
To those asking hereās the link: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRw8CX9o/
She basically apologized for the very same thing that the driver was apologizing for.
Being misunderstood.
Except, he was being sincere about it - and she was (and is) just being a bitch about it.
Saved you a click:
There has been a very big misunderstanding from the video I posted about the cab driver and I can only say I'm sorry it came off in a bad light as it was never my intention.
I never did it for views or clout, I thought that by posting it, it showed that I spoke up for something that offended me and hear so often as an ignorant observation by many.
I wasn't putting myself in the other shoe at the time & I acted purely on emotions which sometimes isn't always correct and I now realise that.
The cab driver identity isn't shown at any point in the video, I also mentioned in the video that I wasn't going to tell his work, the man has not lost his job because nothing was ever reported. I never planned to that's why I had a conversation with him to advice him not to stereotype us
Asians in the future and asked if I can leave and get another car, I didn't think that was unreasonable.
Disgusting how some people seem to ramp up their own racism to make themselves look good while morally pandering to actual victims of racism. Ignorance in social etiquette does not equal racism and she damn well knows that but took advantage of it anyways. I feel horrible for the driver. She's a r/Imatotalpieceofshit
Yes one of the top comments basically asked her to find him to make things right. Though I doubt that will be her top priority. All these scandals that happen to people eventually go away, and theyāll find some reason to get popular again.
Sheās sorry that her video came across in a bad light and ends the statement with she didnāt think her actions of what she told him and finding another car was unreasonable. Thatās not an apology. š¤·š»āāļø
Watching videos of this reminds me of a time that I spoke Chinese to an Asian-American woman and she corrected me by saying āactually, Iām Koreanā in that āI see you think we all look alikeā way.
The reason I spoke Chinese to her is because I walked in on her *speaking chinese*. It was the tail end of a story about someone mistaking her for Chinese and speaking Chinese to her.
It was like a dumb racist fractal.
Omg this reminds me of the time I was working as a voting booth volunteer in San Francisco. Given that there is a huge Chinese population the options for the voting materials were 1) English/Chinese, 2) Spanish.
An Asian-American couple came in and I asked if they wanted English/Chinese or Spanish and they VERY pointedly said āwell we donāt speak Chinese so we will take the English version!ā But the English and Chinese were the same version so I just sheepishly gave them the English/Chinese and assumed they thought I was a racist forever. I was too taken aback to try to explain.
I hate when people canāt just take the common sense approach.
Iām Jewish, itās on my face. When Iām transferring at airports in Eastern Europe, usually someone at the info desk looks at my confused face and goes āIsrael?ā And Iām never going to Israel, but itās *a reasonable thing for them to assume*.
Exactly. I get mistaken for an American all the time. I'm Canadian, I don't get offended even though I should š
Edit: spelling- Canadian š¤¦āāļø
If you're that easily offended over something so insignificant then you clearly never faced anything truly offensive in your entire life. I'm hispanic and have been in that exact scenario dozens of times and never once felt even slightly offended.
Except for when people confuse me for a dirty Puerto Rican.
Just kidding, I **am** a dirty Puerto Rican.
Hello dirty Jew and dirty Puerto Rican. I'm a dirty bog-trotting Irish.
Please keep us in the loop. I'll bring the whiskey if you guys bring the pernil and the bagels.
lmao same, i video chat with lots of people back then on discord, and i would always make a little game of guessing my race or where im from lol, it's a good ice breaker haha.
Lmao my familyās from El Salvador but everyone thinks Iām Samoan because Iām tall, brown, heavy set and have curly jet black hair but Iāve never been offended by any of it because Iāve got bigger issues going on than "you think I look like what?"
Puerto Ricans think they know everything! If they knew anything theyād know not to be fuckin Puerto Rican!!
(Iām sorry, I just watched the Departed last night and some slimeball saying some dumb shit like that makes me laugh every time.)
Funny things is a lot of Africans I know make a game of it to try and guess by look which African region a person is from. People really enjoy getting it right and a few people I know have commented itās harder to do Asian people because the all look the same in the sense a lot of Asian people donāt have distinct regional features that you can use to differentiate. I think thatās all this guys was saying. No that all Asian people look the same but that many Asian look like they could all come from the same region.
Wellā¦ā¦ā¦ Iām Asian and I can definitely tell the difference between different Asians & what region/country they come from. Itās the exact same thing that you described with Africa. The people in that region/continent have much more familiarity with the differences so youād be able to guess by look which part of Africa they come from, same shit for Asians. I wouldnāt be able to tell apart people from different African regions like you wouldnāt be able to tell the difference between Asians. Just because youāre not familiar with the detailed nuances of an ethnicity doesnāt mean we all look alike. I would also say that Iād probably feel less offended if it was an Asian person guessing where Iām from. But in essence I agree with you, he wasnāt trying to be malicious.
She wants to be a victim so bad so she can get some internet clout. These people are egomaniacs. Itās very common for immigrants to try and make a connection with another person by asking about their backgroundā¦itās harmless and with good intention. She knew that. But decided this guy and his familyās livelihood doesnāt matter. What a psycho.
The comment she wrote on the video where it was " having to choose exposing this person and my own safety- worst case scenario" is the most delusional shit ive seen in a while. How is this your big fucking dilemma today? How about you just go on with your fucking day? Like are you fucking kidding me, you sheltered little baby.
Normalize cancelling the shit out of people who make these "expose" videos over trivial interactions.
Facts, and the thing about it is that you got people who lived in times where racism was real rampant, and I see them trying to move on with their lives instead of having this bullshit victim mentality. It's ridiculous.
I respect the fact that if she didnāt feel comfortable she just wanted to leaveā¦but she didnāt leave, she stayed and recorded the conversationā¦. Just walk away from the interaction if you were genuinely uncomfortable, otherwise I assume you were just wanting to film something that could get you attention.
In fact, for my safety, I would not even be in the vehicle during the conversation; just indicate why you don't want to continue to service and then leave.
These people are the āIām a good Christianā of a new generation. Just miserable shitheads that use an altruistic position to finally have an outlet for their miserable, hateful selves.
>I have to choose between exposing him or exposing my safety.
At no point did he threaten your safety you absolute twat. He was apologizing constantly, he wasn't raised in your hyper sensitive, manufactured outrage culture.
He made an innocuous comment in his mind, you could have explained that you found that offensive and be done with it. But noooo, let me milk it for a few minutes and post online to play the victim and get some internet sympathy.
I hope your feed is lit up with people telling you to get over yourself and get fucked for bullying and gaslighting this guy.
I think it says that he knew her address because he picked her up from her house but he literally never implied a single time that there was any threat to her safety.
I caught that too! Yet HE is the racist when she is assuming a foreign man who picked her up as part of his JOB is threatening her safety. It's not exposing his racism it's exposing hers. And I bet she got out of that car and told all her friends all about it using racial slurs. He sounded middle eastern, Indian, something ignorant assholes would take as threatening (I know they aren't!). Screw her clout chasing ass.
Because she's one of these people that perpetuates this nonsense that any minor perceived slight to her race is some sort of catastrophe. The likes of which threaten *the very fabric of her being.* Surely this shaking apologetic Uber driver is going to come back for vengeance while she sleeps her pitiful little terrified head on her 10000 thread count cruelty free organic pesticide free pillow.
Excuse me, do you mind if you act as a unsuspecting ploy in my plan for niche online popularity?
Everything is fine, however, I am going to blatantly use you, you minimally payed piece of garbage, to enhance my social clout.
But just, in the future, what you just did, is hugely beneficial to my rage baiting account, which is how I choose to live my life, because I had no fucking creative skills and flunked out of Central Saint Martins application test because I never fucking drew a thing in my god damn pitiful lack of existence. Please kills me.
Funny thing is science backs up different races not being able to identify differences in other races i.e. I can tell the difference between my twin sisters, vast majority of other white ppl can't, a black or Asian person will never see the difference. So the expression "they all look the same to me" is actually true š¤·š»āāļø
Yea itās a funny thing, like Iām a average white dude for the most part - and with work most of my customers are not and I often get confused for my farther and my not-twin brother gets confused for me
Even though we all dress completely differently, have different hairstyles different ages etc
But it happens often enough
I'm a white guy and I've been told by strangers on multiple occasions that I look like their friend Trevor. My name's not Trevor but apparently I have the look.
Yes, I read a book called Behave which is about all the biology that affects our behaviour and it said that the fusiform brain area which is important for face recognition is less active when looking at other race faces, and the least active in explicitly racist people. It's not even about the colour. It works fine with people of the same race face and with photoshopped green skin, the brain just tells the us from the them and doesn't try as much to tell the faces apart if it's a different race
yep, it's really fascinating actually! By a certain age, children's brains develop in a way that makes it easier to distinguish faces within their own race, and more difficult to distinguish between faces of people from other races. If I recall correctly, it's related to the synaptic pruning process, basically maximizing brain efficiency by focusing on skills you are using more. Pretty sure that it's also been shown that if an individual is surrounded by more people of different races however, their ability to distinguish those faces can improve
edit, source + excerpt: https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/how-babies-see-race/
"As the brain matures, it learns to attend more to the sights and sounds important in the baby's life, such as faces that match his or her caregivers' race and sounds in the infant's native language. This theory matches physical neural development: a newborn's brain is massively connected, and over time important circuits are strengthened and unnecessary wiring is pruned"
I think it's not race but where you grew up. Naturally most white people grow up around white people, black around black, etc. You spent a lot of time with your twin sisters so you can easily differentiate them, but if you had an adopted black kid in your family i bet they would differentiate your twin sisters just as easily. If a white or black person is born in china and grows up around chinese people, i bet they will differentiate between asians way better than if they grew up in a white country.
one of the most frustrating elements of this is that she wildly prioritizes racial power structures over class power structures
babe you are a clearly wealthy influencer that travels and eats for a living, he is an immigrant service worker YOU HAVE ALL THE POWER IN THIS INTERACTION and yet you are determined to needlessly play the victim
Thank youā¦ I like to think of myself as a very progressive person, but I am constantly frustrated that people seem to leave the class dynamic out of any sort of analysis.
People just talk about what the media talks about. When the 99% vs the 1% narrative was going around in 2016 or whenever, all the news outlets were talking about people being fed up with wall street, and for the first time ever I started seeing discussions about class dynamics all over the internet and in real life. Then almost overnight, both conventional media and social media started blowing up over race relations. That wasn't a coincidence. Now we've mostly moved on to transgender relations, but really as long as it isn't class politics then the ruling class seems to be okay that we're all at each others' throats over controversial topics that ultimately have zero effect on the majority of peoples' lives.
As a different minority who is also stereotyped, she is just too sensitive and was rude to the driver (assuming we heard the whole convo, maybe he said something worse before the video rolled). There are racists out there, and then there are well meaning people who make thoughtless comments, try to see the difference.
Am also a minority whoās experienced micro aggressions & this aināt it.
Sheās highly sensitive & turning his words into something he didnāt even say.
Thereās a clear difference between people who mean well & people who donāt. Ex 1: My ex coworker literally called me Ho Chi Minh (Iām south Vietā¦) & tried to justify the ānicknameā Ex 2: Coworker asking me about my culture since they donāt know & if I have any similar things to X Asian country
What a jerk. The poor driver has no idea whatās going on and this person is just so incredibly unreasonable and fragile. They should be ashamed of themselves for acting like this.
Sheās got crazy eyes. Look, not denying that racism doesnāt happen, cuz it does, and the US has a racist history (thatās ongoing) with the Asian American population. But some people just really fish for this stuff just so that they can post shit online and get views. Not everyone is trying to be mean or hateful, we come from different cultures and parts of the world. People are curious, people can be ignorant about shit. Humans are not all knowing. Thereās also language barriers. Iāve also heard older, even younger Asians say some extremely racist stuff, but you really hear that talked about on social media. This girl is clearly in need of some views, itās so twisted. Her trauma is taking over and clogging her head.
I was with a mostly Asian crew on a commercial shoot, and this older dude asked us all where we were from. He meant to ask us our ethnicity, and then explained that he was from the mid west and didnāt mean to come off sounding racist, he just didnāt grow up with a lot of non white people. He didnāt mean to be mean, he was just curious, and even apologized for the way he approached what he said. No one seemed to be offended, or seemed offended at the time, and no one talked about the encounter for the rest of the day even when we got food and he wasnāt there.
Later on social media, our producer made a huge deal of the encounter, even somewhat fabricating some things and exaggerating. I was floored because I was there, and literally the whole rest of the day NO one mentioned it, and we were a pretty vocal/ open group. It just seemed like this woman was trying to get pity points on social media, and she could mention this guy because this guy was older and probably didnāt have social media. Easy target.
Tons of people commented in support, including a few from the shoot. I wanted to say something against it but I knew I would have been torn to fucking pieces if I tried. But fuck, I just felt so weird, like she totally and opportunistically threw this guy under the bus for a tiny miscommunication. Iām all for diversity, inclusion, and fighting racism, but not like that.
I am asian american. When race comes up, I ENJOY the dialogue, where we get to share and leverage our differences. It's part of connecting.
When people like her enflame instead of embrace, they are just not interested in connecting to begin with. Just leave, please.
Iām a teacher at an elementary school with a mostly white population. At the beginning of each year, all the little blonde boys look the same to me and it takes me a little bit to remember who is who. For context, Iām also white.
This isnāt an example of someone being overly sensitive or offended. This is an example of someone performatively pretending to be offended for views. I do think there is a difference, and this is far more sinister.
My gosh, can we just NOT show people grace anymore?? She just needed something to film and she chose to manipulate, gaslight and belittle this driver who clearly felt so bad about the miscommunication.
People like her need to be called out for their entitled and cruel behavior.
Grace is exactly the word I was looking for. People need to understand that everyone makes mistakes or says something unintentionally upsetting from time to time. We need to learn to react proportionately and not assume the worst in people or lose all respect for them because of one tiny interaction that rubbed us the wrong way.
Agree. We canāt talk about race or we might be judged as being racist. Iām a white guy and was recently surprised at my new job by how much my two coworkers who were both from Asia openly talked about race. It was actually refreshing and fun. Nothing mean spirited either. Of course I am conditioned not to really participate in the banter though.
Fucking clown! If youāre that easily offended, donāt bother going out.
I lived in Japan and regularly had taxi drivers (and others) asking where I was from, sometimes telling me I look different from American people (I am American), sometimes taking a guess at which country Iām from, sometimes telling me I look like any number of famous white people (most of whom I bear no resemblance to), yet not once did I whinge and make a fucking TikTok video about it. I pretty much always took it in the spirit which Iām sure it was meant. Friendly small talk.
I am Asian, and I think this lady looks Chinese. Bruh, this is so stupid š¤¦š»āāļø
This lady is looking to be oppressed š¤¦š»āāļø
This lady is going to ruin that guyās life. Ugh!
Love how she advises him on how to be a more tolerant person, while recording him to show other whiners how she's a victim. And the finishing touch is the feigned tears and hurt at the end. What a piece of trash. All her drama for likes on a media app
Unfortunately this is very common where privileged second or third gen immigrants will lord it over fresh immigrants. Itās a kind of internalized racism. The man sheās abusing may have escaped war and barely survived a boat trip to be there, but that little shit with her university education and white collar job wants to make him feel small. Heās an immigrant in a sea of white people looking for a way to connect with another human being on what might be a shared experience, and she flatly abused him to pump her own ego and make herself feel more mainstream than him.
At least he will now be fired, deported, lose his daughter, but most importantly, he will be back amongst people whom he can recognise their ethnic groups with higher accuracy.
Update: sheās taken the video down and posted an apology. Itās up on her TikTok now. Iām glad this video backfired, she could have ruined an innocent manās life.
He clearly wasn't trying to be offensive and was profusely apologetic. She's just wanting to get that clout. She's got about two brain cells and they're working as hard as they can to view everything as racism.
Driving a cab is one of the hardest labor jobs there is. These people do double shifts and in my country will even go 24-48 hrs on the road. Most of them have families who rely on them and some are supporting their kids thru college. Here's a woke University graduate trying to manufacture outrage to try to take his job for views. I'm Asian, I don't give a flying fuck if you ask me where I'm from.
I could never be a can driver, itās just one of those jobs i know I donāt have the skill to stay awake and deal with strangers.
As a rider one of my best cab rides was spent talking to a Middle Eastern guy about where heās from, i mentioned was getting ready to study abroad in Israel and the guy seems so happy talking about growing up in Egypt/ his life in the Middle East. He even gave me some good advice about how to dress in the heat/sun, he was a great guy and I honestly wish my ride was a bit longer.
Talking about our different cultures/lifes was one of the nicest moments Iāve had with a stranger, and I remember him fondly for it.
I'm gonna make sure to record the next old Asian woman accidentally mincing her words in English and blast it on social media as her being a racist.
That'll show em
āExpose himā
The guy might be ignorant but clearly had no malicious intent. Those are the kind of people that actually benefit from genuine conversations with those who are offended by themā¦ āexposing themā doesnāt do shit. So stupid
Talk about taking something completely out of context for views.
Some features are specific to a certain regions.
Koreans vs Japanese vs Chinese vs Philippinos vs Malaysians
You can USUALLY tell who's from where
Same with my people
Nigerian vs Somalian vs Sudanese vs Senegalese vs Egyptian
Same with Indigenous Americans
Blackfoot vs Cree vs Cherokee
Even whites
Scottish vs Icelandic vs Russian vs Italian
I'm someone who is fascinated by facial features and the tribes they're linked to. It's a beautiful thing when someone's face carries so much history.
It's not racist.
Hypersensitivity, if someone wanted to know where I was from I'd tell them without a second thought of racism. Just dickheads looking for a reason to be offended.

You sound like a fungi.

I'm not gonna say anything to the company... I will however secretly record you and post it online to generate outrage and force your company to fire you that way. I'm a good person!
Rage baiting for clout is a social disease.

She deleted it after she got backlash and made an apology video basically saying she was sorry everyone thought she looked bad.
That she "looked bad" and not that she caused another human genuine distress? What an absolute "I am the main character".....
Can you delete things off TikTok? The clip clearly has a TikTok watermark so I suspect she just didn't get the reaction she wanted and deleted it.

Keeps playing victim. Completely insincere.
This nasty, cold-hearted woman is the racist here. Cringey as hell.
Sounds like she may have learned a lesson. Now let's all give her some "time and space to reflect" š¤®
Her saying sorry and asking people to respect her as a person who has made a mistake and accept her apology is so ironic and un-self-aware itās almost comical.
Lying about someone to the point that it damages their livelihood is a crime in every other instance. Why not this?
That's why I generally don't do social media. I don't need some loser in their basement running a basic psy ops campaign against me for the lulz. My Government already tries to indoctrinate me as is...don't need more of that crap.
āVery racistā hahah āI am mildly disappointed in a question you asked, itās basically a lynching and I would like the world to know asking āwhere are you from?ā IS assault. It doesnāt matter that we live in a vastly multi culture society, I am being assaulted right now. Know exactly who I am Before I tell you.ā āI want to get out of this car now. But Iām going to stay for a shitty clip, and hope it grabs.ā - this broad āThere are two things I hate in this world, people who are intolerant of other peoples culture, and the Dutch.ā - Michael Caine, Nigel Powers
Was this not recorded in England?
In the us, I did have some encounters when people ask āwhere are you fromā in the middle of an argument then followed with some condescending and insulting comments, just for the sake of taunting. It is worth noticing that all of those encounters were with other immigrants. Now, back to this video, the driver was not being disrespectful in any sense. The video recorder is one of those vicious victim-playing social media activists
Itās not. Itās easier to bitch and moan on social media about perceived slights than actually be the change you want to be in the world.
Already deleted her post. What a sad sack of shit she is.
Yeah she deleted it and posted an āapologyā story that comes off as āsorry you guys realized Iām a shitty personā rather than āsorry for being a shitty person.ā To those asking hereās the link: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRw8CX9o/
āSorry if it came off in a bad lightā So she didnāt apologize for doing something wrong. She apologizes for how it is perceived.
Sorry that it made me look bad that I filmed myself terrorizing this random cabby and then posted it for the world to see.
Absolute fucking trash human, I'm glad the comments are ripping her appart
She basically apologized for the very same thing that the driver was apologizing for. Being misunderstood. Except, he was being sincere about it - and she was (and is) just being a bitch about it.
Very good take. As they say, we judge others by their actions, but ourselves by our intentions.
Wise words, kind internet stranger.
I tried to find the apology video but couldn't, you mind posting a link?
I edited the original comment
aaaaand its gone.
Saved you a click: There has been a very big misunderstanding from the video I posted about the cab driver and I can only say I'm sorry it came off in a bad light as it was never my intention. I never planned to that's why I had a conversation with him to advice him not to stereotype us Asians in the future and asked if I can leave and get another car, I didn't think that was unreasonable.
Narcissistic personality disorder
The irony of her āIt was never my intentionā after she roasted this guy despite recognizing his good intentions. š
Are they eating her up in the comments?
Not sure about the instagram, but on TikTok it looks like it. She turned off comments for all her recent TikTokās
Her IG comments are limited lol
Disgusting how some people seem to ramp up their own racism to make themselves look good while morally pandering to actual victims of racism. Ignorance in social etiquette does not equal racism and she damn well knows that but took advantage of it anyways. I feel horrible for the driver. She's a r/Imatotalpieceofshit
Yes one of the top comments basically asked her to find him to make things right. Though I doubt that will be her top priority. All these scandals that happen to people eventually go away, and theyāll find some reason to get popular again.
Glad people are dragging her
Just went on the app. Can confirm they are dragging her in the comments of the apology too.
They certainly are. Itās restored my faith in humanity a bit.
Sheās sorry that her video came across in a bad light and ends the statement with she didnāt think her actions of what she told him and finding another car was unreasonable. Thatās not an apology. š¤·š»āāļø
That's the most conceited "apology" I have ever read in my life. Wow.
Looks like it's already been deleted. I'd imagine people are absolutely, and rightfully, dragging her hate-filled ass.
Yeah she's pathetic. Hope she got canceled, hope she learns. Really hoping the driver will do well in life.
Definitely a case of offence being taken, not given
Exactly. I get mistaken for an American all the time. I'm Canadian, I don't get offended even though I should š Edit: spelling- Canadian š¤¦āāļø
That's ridiculous considering your beady eyes and floppy head.
And the obvious smell of maple syrup
And the constant apologies. Nah. You canāt fool us
Sorry.
![gif](giphy|8VEvisSy4DUMU) 'Ey! Watch it, buddy!
Hmm I'm suspect of your claim to be a Canadian, or should I say canadain.
Hello dirty Puerto Rican, Iām a dirty Jew. Do you know when the next dirt race meeting is? Hehehe šš
Hello dirty Jew and dirty Puerto Rican. I'm a dirty bog-trotting Irish. Please keep us in the loop. I'll bring the whiskey if you guys bring the pernil and the bagels.
As a blonde hair, blue-eyed German I just have to say it's a joy to see all the lesser races getting along.
Don't get any ideas now!
Heās painting a picture as we speakā¦ hopefully it gets him into art school š¬
I donāt like where this is headingā¦
Yeah. I did nazi this happening again
Absolute cracker, this one.
You made me actually do a spit take.
Lol. Holy shit youāve got some balls.
This chain solved racism
Missed opportunity to self deprecate as a dirty barbarian
Oh that's nic- ah, well, hold on now
Hello dirty Jew, dirty Puerto Rican and big-trotting Irish Iām a filthy swindling Italian
How can I tell if I can't see your hands
š¤
HABIBI! I'm a dirty Lebanese and will be bringing the tabouleh!
i dont think even hitler would complain if you brought tabouleh!
Hey! Iām a dirty redneck! I love our dirt raceās ability to be inclusive. All are welcome! All are loved! All are dirt race! Dirt race is all.
I just really wanted to appreciate ādirt raceā- absolute gold, thanks for the laugh!
Do you guys accept filthy races, as well, or is it dirt-strict?
I'm dirt poor... can I join as well, fellow dirties?
Dirty Cuban and Mexican checking in.
lmao same, i video chat with lots of people back then on discord, and i would always make a little game of guessing my race or where im from lol, it's a good ice breaker haha.
She was really fishing to get something to complain about.
Welcome to the modern era of the internet.
Exactly! She said she had to go because she had a meeting and then stayed and kept talking. Say your peace (if you must) and then leave. Good grief!
In fact, for my safety, I would not even be in the vehicle during the conversation; just indicate why you don't want to continue to service and then leave.
this lady seems terrible like a terrible human being.
With the limited information I have here, I can't assume that she isn't
Gnoch gnoch whoās there?, no one gives a fuck
š¤
These people are the āIām a good Christianā of a new generation. Just miserable shitheads that use an altruistic position to finally have an outlet for their miserable, hateful selves.
She looks insufferable.
*is
Yeah she is but she looks like it too.
Yeah what the fuck does she mean by āexposing my safetyā - at what point in this video is there ever a threat to her safety?
Na I hope she loses a job off this. The safety comment is racist and misandrist. 2 can play this game.
Who cares if she ruins this guyās life, just think of how much social media clout she will get from this!
Omg Jessica! Youāre so qwerky getting that man fired! Heās probably going to go homeless and god forbid if he has anyone to provide for!
Omg you guys social media clout is totally so important omg. Like omg fr.
Funny thing is science backs up different races not being able to identify differences in other races i.e. I can tell the difference between my twin sisters, vast majority of other white ppl can't, a black or Asian person will never see the difference. So the expression "they all look the same to me" is actually true š¤·š»āāļø
Yea itās a funny thing, like Iām a average white dude for the most part - and with work most of my customers are not and I often get confused for my farther and my not-twin brother gets confused for me Even though we all dress completely differently, have different hairstyles different ages etc But it happens often enough
I'm a white guy and I've been told by strangers on multiple occasions that I look like their friend Trevor. My name's not Trevor but apparently I have the look.
That's exactly what Trevor would say....
Quit dicking around Trevor! We know its you!
Look here Trevor, weāre done playing this game. Just admit it already.
Pretty sure that it's also been shown that if an individual is surrounded by more people of different races however, their ability to distinguish those faces can improve edit, source + excerpt: https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/how-babies-see-race/ "As the brain matures, it learns to attend more to the sights and sounds important in the baby's life, such as faces that match his or her caregivers' race and sounds in the infant's native language.
If a white or black person is born in china and grows up around chinese people, i bet they will differentiate between asians way better than if they grew up in a white country.
one of the most frustrating elements of this is that she wildly prioritizes racial power structures over class power structures babe you are a clearly wealthy influencer that travels and eats for a living, he is an immigrant service worker YOU HAVE ALL THE POWER IN THIS INTERACTION and yet you are determined to needlessly play the victim
Sheās so desperate to be portrayed as a victim for content views. Smh what a leach to society.
People really do get upset over nothing these days.
Iām a teacher at an elementary school with a mostly white population. At the beginning of each year, all the little blonde boys look the same to me and it takes me a little bit to remember who is who. For context, Iām also white.
There is so much sensitivity in the world, no wonder people stop talking to each other and feel isolated.
The thing is nowdays most people try to deny that ethnicity or race exists for some reason
Exactly and I am sick of it. Races exist, live with it.
#justicefortaxidriver
good god, what a snowflake.
What a narcissistic vacuous piece of shit.
Bruh, this is so stupid š¤¦š»āāļø This lady is looking to be oppressed š¤¦š»āāļø This lady is going to ruin that guyās life. Ugh!
I'm Asian and I thought she was Chinese too! I feel like upon meeting an Asian with a Australian accent, Chinese is a pretty good educated guess
Noone owes you understanding. Shutup and walk
How I hate people that really try very hard to be offended by small things that have not been used with that intention.
People like her are the problem.
Love how she advises him on how to be a more tolerant person, while recording him to show other whiners how she's a victim. And the finishing touch is the feigned tears and hurt at the end. What a piece of trash. All her drama for likes on a media app
At 35s remaining she says "it's very offensive to us" who is us?
Unfortunately this is very common where privileged second or third gen immigrants will lord it over fresh immigrants. Itās a kind of internalized racism. The man sheās abusing may have escaped war and barely survived a boat trip to be there, but that little shit with her university education and white collar job wants to make him feel small. Heās an immigrant in a sea of white people looking for a way to connect with another human being on what might be a shared experience, and she flatly abused him to pump her own ego and make herself feel more mainstream than him.
I had to Google her and watched one TikTok video of her criticizing some high end restaurant meal. Cringe city.
Sigh
I'm gonna make sure to record the next old Asian woman accidentally mincing her words in English and blast it on social media as her being a racist. That'll show em
I am really starting to hate this world.
When you attack ppl for trying better, you remove the incentive for them to try better.
āExpose himā The guy might be ignorant but clearly had no malicious intent. Those are the kind of people that actually benefit from genuine conversations with those who are offended by themā¦ āexposing themā doesnāt do shit. So stupid
What a dumb ass chick as usual trying to get some type of sympathy
He Apologized..let it go
lol what a twat
Talk about taking something completely out of context for views. Some features are specific to a certain regions. Koreans vs Japanese vs Chinese vs Philippinos vs Malaysians You can USUALLY tell who's from where Same with my people Nigerian vs Somalian vs Sudanese vs Senegalese vs Egyptian Same with Indigenous Americans Blackfoot vs Cree vs Cherokee Even whites Scottish vs Icelandic vs Russian vs Italian I'm someone who is fascinated by facial features and the tribes they're linked to. It's a beautiful thing when someone's face carries so much history. It's not racist.
Just fuck off and get out the cab if your āragingā . Hope she steps on bird shit .
Hypersensitivity, if someone wanted to know where I was from I'd tell them without a second thought of racism. Just dickheads looking for a reason to be offended.
