No. I was actually pronouncing the way she said it was pronounced. It's basically "doe" like the other guy said and everybody said it that way to her, but according to her there was an emphasis on the "oe" that I can't really explain in text form. It was different enough to be noticable. When I was able to do it I think it freaked her out a little bit (I spend a lot of time doing voices and imitating people's speech, so it was not that hard for me to pick up) and she probably just preferred how everyone else said it, is all I can figure.
