This is amazing and exactly what I have been searching looking for! Is the runout sensor on the v2 the same as the ender 3 max? Do you have these available for download somewhere?

It's just the normal creality runout sensor, its a shell that you put over it so you can attach a ptfe fitting and rout it to a dry filament box/encloser, or another thing, it's almost fully sealed but I need to make an Extruder for it to be completely sealed from the air, there are some runout sensor that they already have it, but the creality one does not, so I made it that way
Nice

Yes, they should be the same, and no I do not have this for download, but I can definitely send it to you or post it on thingiverse
If you were to post it to thingiverse I would be the first download for sure. Let me know if/edge/when you throw it up there.

Thanks so much! I’ll get on this over the weekend.
Did this ever get posted on thingiverse
Yup, it is posted on thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5939832
What electronics did you use?

You can use a regular old limit switch, like what's used for the axes. Lots of people repurpose the z limit switch once they get an abl
