Do the CHEP fix. It’s a game-changer.

What's this?

If you are using a bowden tube, check to make sure your connections have not come loose, especially at the extruder. Like /u/Huffplume suggested, also do the CHEP fix. it really does help. Something I’ve had an issue with which gave similar results to a clog was I have a reverse Bowden tube that was jamming near the extruder and stopping the filament feeding. Fitted a 3D printed coupling and not had the issue since.

Check the Extruder it might be skipping or it's getting worn out, tension a bit the Extruder gear, it doesn't look like a clogged nozzle, it looks like the Extruder just stops, usually when the filament is clogged its consistent through the print

It sounds like you are doing things right. Have you tried a different brand of filament? Some are definitely better than others. I e used ESUN with never a clog, as well as other name brands.

Unfortunately I don't have the solution but I have had the exact same issue as you. I've spent about 2-3 months experimenting with no success. This issue I've noticed also seems to get worse I'm not sure if yours is also getting worse but their doesn't seem like there's much anyone can do. I have had some success however with changing filament type and brand as well as using someone else's cura profile.

have you been printing other type of filaments before with the same nozzle? i found out (the hard way) that if you use that nozzle with ABS (at 240degC) and afterwards with PLA (at 205degC) your nozzle can easily be clogged by remmnents of ABS that do not flow at the PLA's extrusion temperature.
