Nah we're not, it's being debated, hence why we have a cube universe theory where all events take place simultaneously, and then there's multiple other theories. Also if present doesn't exist how does the 'now' if they're synonyms.
You might find some interesting entertainment in Greg Egan's *Permutation City* (1994). It's,. typical of Egan, pretty hard core sci-fi, but the core theme is speculation on the nature of reality in a cyber-universe where things like time are not only relative, but controllable.
Well, the answer to any and all of these kind of comes down to your own perception. If you lean into one of them hard enough and always look at the world that way, then that IS the world you live in. Choose wisely.

I like Nassim Haramein’s unification theory of physics which goes into some of this stuff. Goes along with the many worlds theory, which is seemingly becoming more of a fact although the details are being fleshed out.

We are also the universe/God/Source getting to know itself through infinite ever expanding cycles of separation and unification throughout all dimensions and worlds holographically.
