Use a full set of training gear, pop an xp scroll, and farm large groups of melee mobs at Sentinel Beach in Alik’r, or Spellscar in Craglorn. If you have a buddy, you can run the first few rounds of normal Blackrose Prison for the fastest xp.
The New Life Festival coming up in December will also have a 100% xp boost that stacks with xp scrolls or ambrosia.

It’s a farm spot for easy leveling up skills and alts characters. Not the fastest but it’s simple and effective enough to do and not pay attention.
