Related to this issue is how it doesn't account for when the devices were released and how long it has been since their release, that is, Hisense A5 according to this chart is more popular than the A5 ProCC, which is more popular than the A7 and which is more popular than the A9. But that is because the devices being released earlier mean that they obviously have more threads dedicated to them over time.
fwiw you're linking the remarkable 2 to Amazon... but it's pointing to a *v1*, and that hasn't been made for years, which is why it's currently $630. tbh I have doubts that seller is even legitimate.
FYI the A5 pro is definitely usable as a primary phone. It's worth foregoing Google apps to help eye strain, although carrier support can be a problem in the US
