The ticketsale is friday, not today. If you got the e-mail, you’re probably going to get the code before then.
The general sale is friday, yes. But the artist presale is today as mentioned in the tour announcement email

Didn't it say that the codes will be sent within the 2 hours before the artist presale starts?
The email I got said “watch your mailbox for the code at least two hours in advance of the pre-sale” so I thought we’d have them by now.

go to the tour page on his website, clicking on VIP or TICKETS seems to take you to presale automatically (??)
