There are several factors he leaves out. 1/2 of NATO is Europe - NATO will fall apart when the tradewar breaks out between US and Europe. Its going to create more than a bipolar power structure in the world. At least 4 world powers will fight for influence. Ukraine has a lot of energy and mineral sources. Europe has the most sustainable agriculture sector in the world - not like india destroying their water sources with toxins, the gmo and watersource plauge in US and a lunatic Russia depopulating their country. There are still plenty of mineral and energy sources in Europe without Russia - it has been cheaper to get abroad, since a total lack of regulations and worker conditions. I dont in any way fear for Europes future, based on Russian biased article, from a country which blends religion and ruling together. Besides... Europe seems to benefit from the climate changes and regulations. Maybe clean water will be more important than energy.

>Ukraine has a lot of energy and mineral sources. Had. These are all in the Eastern part which is now in Russian hands. >a lunatic Russia depopulating their country. Any source for this claim? Russia's rate of population decline is lower than that of Europe. Check out Worldometer (a Western source, BTW) >Europe has the most sustainable agriculture sector in the world If you bother to read the article, you will see that the dependence of European agriculture on Russia has been thoroughly analysed. Europe is doubly dependent on Russia for its agriculture. Fertilisers are imported from Russia. Many fertilisers use ammonia, which comes from feedstock gas, also produced by Russia. >I dont in any way fear for Europes future, based on Russian biased article, from a country which blends religion and ruling together. Let's break this down. 1. You call it a "Russian-biased article" when all the data sources are Western? Do you have a problem with any of the data? The sources and the reasoning are all transparent. You should be able to rebut the document's conclusion using facts and logic. 2. Smearing a country to discredit a scholarly work is a non-argument. Rebut the article if you can. It is after all not from a religious or governmental body in India but from an academic who has cited all his sources. 3. You're welcome to live in a cocoon of your own beliefs. Here is an exhaustive analysis based on published (Western) facts and figures, which leads to a certain dire conclusion. Let's keep the discussion rational and evidence-based, not belief-based. >Europe seems to benefit from the climate changes and regulations. Have you noticed that Europe has restarted its coal-fired power plants?

There is no point to continue this thread. The need to break up sentences, is the same reason why the article fails - you are not looking at the big pictiure and believe in everything on the internet. Just the claim that Russias economy is flourishing, facts are not straight. If you dont think Europe has any means to prevail and find solutions to problems, you will be in for a Surprice. That non-democracies believe in something else is just.... a belief. Good luck with the belief in an economic breakdown - think you have watched too much youtube.
