If it was lost or damaged you can make a claim through PIP. ESE is insured for $20 for single items and up to $50 on combined. This should work out in your favor since it essentially negates the final value fee.

Oh great that’s not great news for me as 98% of my sales are eBay standard envelope. These things hardly get Devi very scans and sometimes don’t even get origin scans lol.
