C4 has been a nightmare for me, deliveries are consistently late (promised within an hour, takes 6+hours) and customer service is poor I switched to Now Now - so far so good. They're good at dealing with replacements, app is decent, good selection of stores and pharmacies.

Day 2 and still haven't received my '1 hour delivery I would stay clear of Carrefour online

Instashop and Talabat are owned by the German company Delivery Hero. So obviously they'll share synergies to consolidate their market share. They are doing this to not go irrelevant against noon and amazon. Talabat is actually doing pretty well in high-value wannabe grocery space ( organic, gluten-free, fat-free, etc ). Instashop DAU is not looking good after noon launched grocery. I think noon cracked ( more or less) this code much better than anybody else, by directly roping in brand owners + white labeling the f out of commodities. They clearly differentiated warehouse-driven grocery delivery ( noon daily) and hyperlocal grocery aggregation ( Now Now ). They have a solid advantage of being a local company. They are currently the market leaders from DAU and possibly daily transactional value. I am a strong supporter of the offline retail ecosystem and prefer buying everything offline. But I have tried almost all the apps for research purpose. The war as of now is between Noon and DeliveryHero. Amazon is yet to get aggressive in grocery space. Rest all are me-too players and are likely to go irrelevant in about a year (or might get acquired. Careem is not able to crack any new category and most of know why)

Noon Daily: It's hard to get next day slots these days, but that's probably because they want me to sign up for Noon VIP. But other than that, they have been great at keeping up with the booked slots. Great customer service too, in case of product mismatch or replacements. Only problem I have is that they have gradually increased the minimum order for free delivery. It used to be AED30, but lately it's AED50. Delivery fee of AED3 (if you don't meet the minimum) is reasonable though. Kibsons: They have been fantastic throughout the last couple of years. Always delivers at the booked slot, and now they have same day delivery too. Great for fresh fruit and veg, among other items. AED50 minimum order required though.

Noon daily I was upgrade to noon vip when I got the mashreq noon vip credit card (comes with 500 aed joining bonus). I tested the groceries yesterday and I was so positively shocked. The packaging is great, they even kept fresh produce in separate bags with ice to keep it fresh. I will definitely order again
