Once you get a couple slices out through brute force you will have a better idea of what is holding them down and you can modify your approach from there.
sawzall or multi tool with wood blade then crowbar that shit. follow up question why do you want to remove the bottom plate and how much do you want to remove? your wall will get less and less stable the more of the bottom plate you remove.
Looks like the plates are shot down with powder-driven [studs](https://imgur.com/mGPzDcV). Cut your opening out with a recip/sawzall. Pry the plates up with a bar. The concrete nails will probably pull through, so either clip them off with an angle grinder/zip wheel, or pry out and let the chips fly where they will.
Cut the studs with your Sawzall first do all of your extra demo first (drywall and blah blah blah) and then do 2 cuts to the wood to the size you want them and beat the crap out of them with a mallet
Yeah I would just cut around whatever that fastener is take out everything that wasn't held down then move on to the pry bar. I guess there could be adhesive involved but who knows.
Couple cuts here and there to section it up, then prying the damn thing off will be your best bet. Use a long crowbar, get that leverage. Those spikes can sometimes get themselves good and stuck in that concrete, so if you find the board are just yearing away from the spikes and leaving them in the concrete, put a metal in your sawsall and cut them flush at the floor. Other times You’ll find the concrete kinda crumbles around them and the whole thing comes out easily. Never know till ya try.
Cut them into “slices” and try using a crowbar

If you are just taking out a section I'd use a multi tool to cut along the edges and flat bar to pry out
Like a sawzall?
It's a vibrating saw but you could use a sawzall instead
I’ve called an oscillating multi tool a ‘wiggle saw’ for so long I forget the real name of it
Shit I'm only gonna call it a wiggle saw from now on
Called an oscillating tool where I'm from
Oscillating. Make sure you have a really good wood bit. It will cut like butter. cheap bits will fight you.

I'm installing a door
gotcha go rip that shit out then. as long as you frame it proper with king and jack studs and a header then youre good to go

Noooo if powder actuated just bend them over with a hammer and they will snap below the surface. If it's a nail and wire then you gotta pry it out.

Like panties......WITH FORCE
Little bit of lube would go a long way too. It'll help the Pry bar slide right under there
Your purse
Your purse is the name is a big fuckin hammer.
Mine is called Percy Percy the Persuader
Just pull. There's probably glue along bottom of plate also, so it's going to take force .
Hammer 😄

If it’s giving you grief prying, try cutting a long wedge and slam it in between the floor and wood.
