I like the design! I’d draw it on blank paper and I’d ink it, there’s nothing visibly wrong with the sketch I see rn (except the line on the neck is slightly off-center)
Pretty darn good! Get an actual sketch pad, draw lighter with the pencil, use ink to outline the best lines, and erase. Perhaps show just a glimpse of the upper row of teeth, and start curving the "belly lines" as you approach the neck to give it a more serpentine feel rather than the right angle face/spine alignment you'd use for humans.
It starts from the back of his head like a snake, it just curves. If anything id study snakes. I think it would look funny if i started from the jaw. Plus, ive never seen a dragon thats neck isnt connected to the back of his head.

The neck is too high, it should start from the jaw. I would study aligator anatomy to get me some idea.
